  1. Meanwhile, the administration just submitted arguments in federal court, questioning the citizenship of…Native Americans. Brilliant! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. A credible fear of death or torture if returned to country of origin is one of the main criteria for asylum hearings, actually. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Where did I say that anyone was “over performing”? Are you drunk again? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. What the hell did I just watch. I need to go rinse my eyes out after that. Was Brands concussed or something? That was gross. How dare you, sir. This match is another one. Holy tren sandwiches, first and foremost. Then, imagine these guys wrestling a "modern" 184 like Aaron Brooks.

  6. It’s an executive order, issued by the POTUS. And it wipes out the male sex. Is this so hard for you to understand? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Gotta fund those tax cuts for the rich somehow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. That has never been my understanding. All human individuals—whether they have an XX, an XY, or an atypical sex chromosome combination—begin development from the same starting point. During early development the gonads of the fetus remain undifferentiated; that is, all fetal genitalia are the same and are phenotypically female. After approximately 6 to 7 weeks of gestation, however, the expression of a gene on the Y chromosome induces changes that result in the development of the testes. Thus, this gene is singularly important in inducing testis development. The production of testosterone at about 9 weeks of gestation results in the development of the reproductive tract and the masculinization (the normal development of male sex characteristics) of the brain and genitalia. In contrast to the role of the fetal testis in differentiation of a male genital tract and external genitalia in utero, fetal ovarian secretions are not required for female sex differentiation. As these details point out, the basic differences between the sexes begin in the womb, and this chapter examines how sex differences develop and change across the lifetime. The committee examined both normal and abnormal routes of development that lead individuals to become males and females and the changes during childhood, reproductive adulthood, and the later stages of life. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK222286/#:~:text=During%20early%20development%20the%20gonads,the%20later%20stages%20of%20life. 11. Probably, yeah. I’ll send you a rainbow flag, on me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Not sure what you’re getting at here, Christina. A whale fetus has the same process; it is not human. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. From the EO: (d) “Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell. (e) “Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell. All humans are female until ~6 weeks. This is common in many mammals. At roughly the 7th week, the SRY gene triggers the development of testes; until then, all humans are female. So, at the moment of conception, everyone is female. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. You realize you are now a woman, per Trump’s EO, right? I’m going to start addressing everyone here by female pronouns. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. There’s a long history with Poland and Lithuania, too, which is why now-dead relatives of mine ended up in gulags in Siberia. People who lived until 2024. We’ve seen this game before. It’s not new. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. That’s an interpretation of Burdick, sure. The highest actual test of the “implied admission of guilt” theory was pretty recent. Lorance v. Commandant: From: https://casetext.com/case/lorance-v-commandant-1 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. That's very possible. Keuter has been waiting for matches to come to him and I think that's a losing strategy for a super athletic guy like him. He needs to put himself in as many wrestling positions and exchanges as possible. And, Feldman has been looking pretty good, with Keuter not living up to his billing.
  24. The root cause is that Putin needs to forcefully expand the Russian homeland and the number of people in it, as their population is in decline. Additionally, they are suffering a massive amount of brain-drain. Which is the reason they've abducted hundreds of thousands of kids from Ukraine, as well as young couples. https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/content-series/russia-tomorrow/a-russia-without-russians-putins-disastrous-demographics/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Russia
