    He is realllly overlooked. Probably because of the SCSU commit. Not even an HM or on anyone's big board. 4X state champ in 4 attempts (too small as 8th grader). Highest winning percentage in Minnesota history 164-1. 15U World Freestyle champion. Has wins over Zan Fugitt, Tyson Charmoli, Nate Jesuroga, Alex Braun, Kael Lauridson, Chase DeBlaere, all were/are highly ranked.

    As a Gopher fan I am feeling some cognitive dissonance. I don't really want Iowa to get Angelo, because he a good wrestler, and reasonably sane. On the other hand watching the train wreck that is sure to follow, could be interesting to watch.

    McKee and Howard wrestled at Whos#1. McKee will be a 6 year senior and Howard a Freshman.

    It sounds like OU and NDSU will both be worse off as a result of the changes, at least in the near term.

    SDSU would make sense, with his cousin there and the Ag programs. I think Tanner Cook has a redshirt year he could use.

    He knocked Sean Bormet out of NCAAs (1991 158 lbs) in the blood round.

    I think he may have only been one year older than normal, but has the distinction of competing in 7 high school seasons.

    The median salary will be lot less than the average. The fat tails like Sanderson and Brands skew the average up.

    I'm big on Ethan Riddle at 174. He has a really good improvement curve over the last year. When Millard committed, he said he would probably be 157 or maybe 165 if he grows. Lyden has battled injuries, so hard to say where he'll be when and if healthy.

    Homegrown only by state boundaries. He lives much closer to U of MN than Madison and has trained with the Gopher RTC and Pinnacle club for years.

    If so, I hope that at some point, these will be required to be made public. Will teams need to have new recruits out of high school to sign a contract (beyond typical NLI) to prevent poaching?

    What's interesting is that Teske was ranked higher then Nagao all season, until March (by Flo). I don't think he was above around 15 until March. One good post-season will get you offers I guess. I have to wonder how guaranteed these cash offers are if injuries, or drop in performance occurs? Is the entire "bag" paid upfront or is part of it contingent on results?

    I find that wealthy donors are willing to shell out this amount of money with no potential for Return of Investment, very John DuPont-ish.
