It is an NCAA champs list, but they intentionally didn't mention whether freestyle results were included as a criteria. They said they were going to leave it up to the individual to determine if they wanted to include freestyle. They also did not specify if it were a "best version of this wrestler" or "best career" team. Members of the Flo staff said they were definitely considering "best version" in some comes over "best career." So the criteria were intentionally ambiguous, except you needed to win a title b/w 01 and 25.

I'm actually somewhat amazed that Flo realized the quarter century starts in 2001.

Basically. But it was a Cornell fan basically talking about how anyone who gets into Cornell could easily get into West Point. Which is clearly not accurate. I also wouldn't say I'm combative. I'm having a discussion, which is basically the point here. But the Cape/Cabo thing needed to be ready in context... another member talked down to someone who said "Cape" and said they were two different things. I was just telling him that he was actually in the wrong. Then he doubled down and I showed him again. I wouldn't have cared otherwise.

It's the testes that concerns me more. That's where the testosterone comes from and many/all of the athletic benefits of being male.

I do recall Mack having the opportunity to wrestle in the boys division at pre-season nationals and choosing to wrestle girls instead. That does seem to go against Mack's story. I am definitely not in favor of juiced up athletes wrestling in any division, but that is what we had in this case. Tough situation.

My understanding that even a rib (or other injury) can give staph an environment to grow and propagate. A guy I used to train with had a rib/lower back injury. Staph made its way through a cut and found the injured site which gave it everything it needed to grow.

Right. I'm not saying otherwise; there are just different qualifications for a service academy: medical, physical, congressional, etc. I'm just saying that it is completely different than any other type of admissions process. So, yeah, I don't believe that any wrestler who verbally commits to Cornell can also get into any service academy.

So next years recruits will be the first class in some time to take standardized tests and then enter school in 2026.
