  1. This is the first I’m learning of this. Now I’m looking forward to watching his freestyle results!
  2. First I’ve seen this. Jimmy C’s assessment of this fine young man was right on the money.
  3. Did you notice he shaved off his ‘stache midway into the tournament? Nice tribute JC
  4. Hey Flo, put this guy on your payroll, and pay him what ever the eff he wants. Incredible analysis wrestle…seriously. You should send this to Nebraskas coaching staff.
  5. Caught myself…wrote something, then said to self - nope, not going there again and hit the back key.
  6. Has a non stoppable single leg take down too
  7. Excited to see if this actually happens
  8. yea I’m not the greatest at gardening either. Never thought of San Marzano seeds, in fact I’ve never seen seeds for this type. Many US companies mass produce canned tomatoes under the name San Marzano but only those stamped DOT (designation of origin) imported from Italy are the real deal. Farms near Mount Vesuvius where their imported from claim the volcanic soil sets them apart as far as taste than all other tomato types. A bit sweeter and my Dad always had imported SM cans on hand along with dried mushrooms and other imports.
  9. Lisa I forgot about Ono. Are you picking Ayala over Ono?
  10. Ono - are we sure he starts next year?
  11. All excellent picks Lisa. I especially like your 184 and 285 projections.
  12. What part of the country Gene? Here in PA planting season typically begins on or about Mothers Day - a time of the year free of any potential frost. What types of tomatoes do you enjoy? My top two are Roma and Beefsteak.
  13. I just wish the owners would do something to grow the forum via new users and create some sort of incentive to transition lurkers into active participants. Tired of the same 30 or so controlling the narrative.
  14. Wow, not that’s big news!
  15. Nice story - very happy for this young man! Admittedly I’m a softee for stories like this - thanks for sharing JC!
  16. Good for you boring! We definitely share this experience - how fortunate both of us were to spend such quality time with the one who brought us into this world!
  17. I was going through the channels this morning and happened to stumble on a a national news channel called “The National Desk” who was showing our president at the NCAA wrestling event this weekend. Then I decided to Google who else covered this and am pleased to report a few others just before I decided to share the “good news” with the rest of you. Every one of you, regardless of which side of the fence you’re on, should be proud of our sport and of course our country. AP News Yahoo Sports USA Today Newsweek The New York Times Fox News Centre Daily Times ….and too many to count state and local news outlets. Good for our sport? ….you bet your azz it was!
  18. Yes Boring, I kinda took on that role at an early age helping my Mom in the kitchen. However a true cook can cook across many types of tastes but mine is strictly Italian. That’s my only experience. How about you, does cooking interest you?
  19. Ok we’ll just have to agree to disagree, plus I can’t give you a hard time after the interesting history you provided on one of my favorite food items - the artichoke!
