Very much so once cooked properly. Some enjoy them baked while others enjoy them steamed. I find steaming really breaks down the stems making it easier to remove the flesh by scraping each leaf with your upper front teeth. I stuff them with bread crumbs mixed with garlic, onion, salt, pepper and a sprinkle of Locatelli cheese then drizzle Olive oil ( the good stuff) and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Steamed for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size and quantity. One large one made this way is like a meal!
