    Agree. My point all along has been to say that DOGE’s efforts should likely be good for the economy/country in the long-term. But probably not in the short-term IMO, largely due to the jobs that will be lost (both from the government jobs themselves being cut as well as private sector jobs that depended on government contracts that were cut).

    Well to be fair, “the thread” was not created to discuss him drinking an unknown liquid while answering questions. The thread was created about him admitting to having an alcohol problem but claiming he’d stop if he got this position, and the recent story was just bumping it. Considering he wasn’t very qualified to begin with, and the fact that doing something that would show him to be “piss poor at his job” could have major consequences, hiring him was certainly a risk to say the least.

    I didn’t realize that other than the 4 transfers OSU got this offseason, the rest of their starting lineup (including 2 prior transfers) is from Oklahoma.

    Meh, not saying it was anything positive that Biden did as he contributed to them getting so high in the first place, but interest rates had already started coming down prior to the election. Thank you for sharing the Canada information, I don’t really follow their economy so am unfamiliar with what you’re referring to. How long did it take between the “short term unemployment” and “increase in private sector jobs”?

    How do they not have much room for improvement? They lose Schultz, but still have another year of Figueroa if he doesn’t join his former teammates at Iowa. The 2 Larkins are studs also if they stay as well. Manville was a pretty big recruit. Vazquez may have another year too if 2022 was a medical.

    I mean he wasn’t going full Terry Brands or Doug Schwab but it looks like more than just “coaching” to me. I don’t think it’s normal for most sane coaches to try to talk to refs while action is still occurring. Throw the brick, then state your case after action stops.

    Good point. I’d lean it’s going to be Ferrari if I had to guess since Brands said he’d use all his dates and “not against cupcakes,” but he may have planned to do that before Arnold lost to Allred.
