I think it would make sense to raise techs too. Apparently Bo Bassett teched all 5 of his opponents at the Shorty Hitchcock Open in the first period, 4 of them in under 2 minutes. Obviously he’s a great wrestler, but might be time to make techs a little harder as well.

Anyone here read Douglas’s biography by Craig Sesker? FWIW, the 4 point nearfall was a bigger increase compared to the old 3 point nearfall. 2 point TD to 3 point TD = 50% increase 3 points for 5 seconds to 4 points for 4 seconds = 67% increase

Agree. 125, 133, 149, 174, and 197 are all dang close to tossups IMO, and I wouldn't be shocked to see Caliendo over Carr.

Speaking of Shane Sparks, I didn't realize until yesterday that Dollamur was "the official surface of FloSports." I remember a past FRL when CP was ribbing on Shane for always saying "the Resilite"...guess now we know why

Yeah I thought the coaching was a bit annoying but overall he was decent. I just think someone calling him "possibly the best out there" is a major stretch. Gimme Burroughs, the PSU radio dude, Shane Sparks, RocK Harrison, and I'm probably forgetting others easily.

Lol no worries. I honestly have no idea how injured he is, but I wouldn’t think he would be playing football, or even do the match at all, if it was serious. But of course even a minor injury could make a big difference against someone like Kerk.
