You lost me already with Jett being #1 with 6 losses and just took a loss by major to Figs. Not sure how that happens in any methodology or algorthym.

What's the over/under on how many of these threads get started? I believe that the record of the "How PSU will realistically lose" thread - or some variety of it - is 0-561

"Teemer is doing camps for ASU, registered for classes, not in the portal, but being chased by Iowa all summer and offered more and more money to drop out of ASU and go to Iowa... which he ended up doing." Poaching is when a wrestler is not in portal but gets contacted and offered money to leave...then they leave. I am happy to call other teams poachers using the same definition ... but Iowa are the kings of poaching. Remember when your dad called the Willits brothers?

LOL....This isn't parity ..... parity means equal amount of something.... the only thing getting "more equal" is that the #2 and #3 teams closing the gap on #1 because they have spent lot of money with recruiting and poaching good transfers from mid-tier teams. How is that parity for NCAA wrestling?

Dake wasn't the best leg rider, but it is the single most dominant match on top in the history of NCAA wrestling. I think he finished with 6:18 of riding time... only 42 seconds of not riding.

What we do know from the results is that both lost to top 10 guys, Kennedy has beaten #14 and a few guys below that and Brands has not beaten a top 33 guy. Kennedy has a slight edge or you have a 2-3 wrestle off for the spot.

Kennedy and Hamiti wrestled two years ago...those results are very outdated Kennedy has lost to 2 Haines 5 Pinto, and 10 Karchla ... Beaten 14 Wask 17 Ogun 23 whiting 24 Braunagel 33 Harkins Brands lost to 3 Hamiti and 4 Norman and no wins over any top 33 guys (obviously he has been out) So, with all the data in.... who do you actually go with at the NCAA? Both have lost to top 10 guys - but Kennedy has wins over 5 guys in the top 33, but Brands would have probably beat the same guys as well. So, Is there a 2 of 3 wrestle off in the room?

I would think that has kept his cardio up in the meantime.... If he got cleared last week he gets about 3 weeks on the mat until conference and 5 weeks until the NCAA. Is that enough time to get ready?

I think he goes #2 - Little is 3-0 in conference - AJ 2-0 and Munoz 1-0.

When he was riding Seymour, he came down twice in row intentionally with his knee on Seymour's ankle. The ref penalized him for it and the Lehigh crowd was not happy. Seymour limped around the rest of the match. Then after the match, Figs has his usual antics. You can watch the replay on Flo.

You must have missed the PSU Maryland dual... there was a Basch @Husker_Du segment on how terrible it was....and no it wasn't just a mispronounced name. It's been more than just one instance this season. Young kids are not prepared for big10 wrestling announcing...not necessarily their fault.... but it was a disaster.
