So you gender equality advocates are actually against biological female sports?

In a recent conversation with a D1 coach about adding women's wrestling (they already have mens) , he said it would be difficult because there are more women's teams at the school now than men's teams and are looking to add another mens sport. It would be interesting to see what schools actually have erred on the side of women's sports recently creating the need to either cut a women's program or add a mens program. At Auburn they currently have 17 sports - 8 mens and 9 women's - however there are about 30 more men participating overall. All that to say that there are situations that are coming about where adding just a mens team would be feasible in light of Title IX.

Perhaps you should go read Burwick's twitter and his dad's twitter and Manning's twitter... If this is true...haha...it's his own words on his twitter. Many of us were hashing through this on the old mat forum when this was actually happening. And , no, it does not undercut anything. When he found out Lamont came in that's when he actually made the decision to transfer.

Yeah but do you have a sit down interview with Manning, complete with DNA test that it is indeed him, where he states, with closed captioning, that in fact, Wisconsin is not working on the best behalf of Kyle Burwick? Funny how Burwick, his dad, Nebraska and wrestling media are all saying the same thing, but Wisconsin has been silent other than some vague comment. Yet, people still want to defend Wisconsin with lots of "if's" and "Maybe's".

He had already been considering transferring from Wisconsin after the NCAA.... He was notified May 23rd of the LaMont transfer. He went in the portal that week. He met with the coaches two weeks later. He was NOT coming back - It was very clear - They were not going to keep a guy on scholarship who went in the portal and then met with them to tell them he is not going back. As a side note, coaches can still "not" release a wrestler to another school - it happened just last year to a prominent transfer and he sat the first semester.
