    I think we need to distinguish the two eras. Assembling and developing a team is different than being able to fill in the holes in free agency. Down the road college sports will refer to eras as Pre and Post NIL/Portal when it comes to dynasties.

    Kind of interesting that Larry Lee had a 20 minute interview about withdrawing shortly after the announcement was made.... Hmmmm Spencer Flee needs to take a year or two off - get some surgeries - get a break - and see if he can make a comeback. Good thing he signed that 5 year deal with HWC.

    They really messed up the Lee - Bartlett match. After going back through the match, Lee actually won and moves on to the finals. Pretty much everyone had it wrong except the official scorers

    Butler is that guy that's always been hovering along the outside edge of the AA tier of wrestlers. I think he makes the jump - solid pick up for Rutgers.

    THere is a 30 day window for the portal if the coach is fired in-season, but I am not sure about out of season. If found this from 2018 about transferring... this was pre portal but I am guessing it's still valid. ... the student-athlete’s head coach at the original institution resigned or was fired during or after the most recent season of competition, except that the student-athlete is not immediately eligible at another institution at which the head coach is employed;

    Almost 39k for OSU wrestling... I am impressed by the coaches who are donating...D1 head coaches supporting OSU wrestling. Wow ... very cool. As a side note it's not Brands or Sanderson.

    OSU has Olguin back for two more years at 165, so I don't think they would be in on him. However, with all the shuffling and names in the portal, nothing should surprise us. On the OkState side of things that does not surprise me.
