  1. According to the American Bar Assoc, Trump is not off base when it comes to declassification, though there is a process to inform other departments that need to know. That process, he did not follow. The key point from the ABA....the President's authority to declassify has never been challenged. Fact check explores presidential authority to declassify (americanbar.org) As for Vice Presidents, they too have authority to declassify secret documents, but only to the extent they originally classified the document. Vice Presidents typically do not classify documents, so it is unlikely Biden and Pence had the authority to do so for those secretive docs in their possession. It's quite possible, the docs Pence had at home were declassified by Trump.
  2. More docs found in Biden's house on Friday by the DoJ. Yup, the DoJ, not the FBI raid, did the search unannounced on Friday. It was unannounced not to surprise Biden, he knew they were going, but to avoid the media. So they informed Biden and his attorneys, but they didn't advise Trump in advance, even though they had been in frequent communication. Talk about administrative bias.
  3. A little diversion, but still an incredible moment in wrestling since some international accomplishments are mentioned...... for the benefit of the youngsters in the crowd. Wilfred Dietrich hitting a suplex on 400+ lb. Chris Taylor to pin him in Greco at the Munich Olympics There's a backstory on this one. Suplex City! The Incredible Story Behind The Greatest Throw in Wrestling History (bjjee.com) Taylor had beaten Dietrich in freestyle earlier in the week.
  4. Nix the one. That pin was before RBY hit any titles. He finished 8th that year and was beaten 6 other times. I might add he was up 8-3 at the time before being caught in a monster headlock.

  7. Aragona portaled out to Campbell. He wrestled a few bouts at 157 (not 141) last season and walked away from wrestling last fall. When your head is no longer into the sport, you can't blame the coaches. He was high maintenance at Rutgers from day 1, even refused to workout with certain team members.
  8. Maybe, but will he then find a spot in the line up? Alvarez likes to eat for taste, not diet.
  9. So little Biden was renting his father's house at a rate of +$51,000 per month ($6 mil annually). That's probably how the Big Guy was paid his share of the Chinese cash flow. Presumably, that arrangement was made as soon as the Chinese cash flow debacle broke. It wouldn't surprise me if little Biden found the doc's, was sharing them, put them down in the garage to answer a phone call and forgot about them.
  10. If Lee does get a fall, you bet on RBY, Starocci or Brooks matching it. My guess Brooks. PSU will then take it on total match points.
  11. This is absolutely crazy if true. This is a HS senior. He had previously committed to U Miami before U Florida put this deal under his nose. Controversy swirls over $13 million NIL deal for Florida QB recruit Jaden Rashada (msn.com)
  12. Gotta give credit to Indy, they won the toss ups and got the needed bonus points. Having Alvarez and McDermott there probably would have not made a difference. 141 Oliveri won by major, and the 285 bout was a toss up.
  13. .....and the 3 guys he beat ?
  14. Note that Alvarez remains listed on the Rutgers roster. The door is ajar for his return per Goodale and staff, though the constraints in doing so are unstated. He still has a redshirt available though its torn for this season and whatever scholly money he had may not be available. Spring term begins 1/17 so we'll see.

  16. Please stop... Pull your plug...go away. Let a real business run the show.
  17. Arms are too short for an ankle pick, but the double blast worked well.
  18. Swalwell wouldn't qualify for first tier security clearance with a defense contractor, don't know how Pelosi allowed him to remain. Don't know how Cali's continue to reelect the scumbag.
  19. RIP Jeff Beck 01.10.2023 - bacterial meningitis
  20. My thinks you are assuming he missed 9 times. When a wrestler has weight issues, what do coaches do? They put him on the scale after every workout. He made weight on Friday at Bloomsburg, then isn't even brought to Rider because he's over at the morning workout. That's on the wrestler not the coaches. Obviously Goodale and the other coaches worked with him over 2 years. No doubt he's got talent, so they gave him more than a few chances. Maybe they should have thrown their hands up last season. They didn't so that's where they are today. It was an opportune time to separate allowing Alvarez a shot through the portal for the spring term.

Opening with that knee kick would likely find himself on the ground and unconscious from the head slam. Nah, he's not from the streets, pure head case. I doubt there is any coach that would want that head in the room, far too much baggage.
  22. Me thinks you are assuming he missed by fractions.
  23. Hmmm, kinda fits the Gable mold
  24. Now for the federal side of that inflation coin. As of January 1, 2023 the following Biden tax hikes will take affect $6.5 Billion Natural Gas Tax - increasing household energy bills and manufacturing production. $12 Billion Crude Oil Tax - increasing household energy, transportation, production and supply chain costs $1.2 Billion Coal Tax increasing the cost of producing electricity $74 Billion Stock Tax - choose to sell stock back to a company the tax will be charged will reduce your 401 K / IRA $225 Billion Corporate income Tax hike on businesses - to be passed on up the supply chain No end in sight for these inflationary policies.
  25. That appointment is akin to the one Biden had from Penn. Do nothing for $1,000,000. She'll be obligated to attend a few fund raising events on campus, but never have to appear in a classroom.
