Collective, not collective...same guidelines The sponsor usually requires personal appearances. I the athlete isn't around to fulfill the contract requirements, there is a breach that will enable cancellation of the contract.

Historically, a signed national letter of intent is contract in the eyes of the NCAA. Normally, a release requires the AD's signature. The NCAA can block competition for the next season and it will cost you a year of eligibility that can't be taken as a red shirt year. A NLI recruit may well have an opportunity to opt out under recent rule changes. The NCAA affords a 30 day window for portal transfers if a coach is fired or leaves for another job. That rule applies to current student athletes, I don't see why it shouldn't apply to recruits that aren't even enrolled. If a recruit is blocked, it would be prudent to petition the NCAA to a rule apply the 30 day transfer rule. Any registered student athlete can apply into the transfer portal. For wrestling, the last day is May 7. An unregistered recruit for 23/24 would not have access to the portal. My guess is that OU is throwing out a road block to delay any action for the recruit in order to give Kish time to talk them into staying. If after that the kid still wants out, they'll release him. No one wants an athlete that doesn't want to be there. The downside for the athlete is that schools have made their offers and have tentatively allocated their full scholarship value and have $0 of few $$$$ to offer at this point. Schools have until June 30 to reallocate their scholarship offers to existing student athletes so a really shred coach could cut next year's funding to current teammates (typically non-starters) in order to create money to make available for a late recruit.

I am trying to understand your limitations. 2x Nolf ? 2x Nickal ? Both missed being 3xers due to the COVID cancellation.

Starting in September, Yes. It will require NCAA approval for a 2nd go round and transfers because of coaching change will be tough to attain.

Two pages and nary mention of the rising Gable Steveson. He' potentially has a world gold and another Oly gold in his immediate future. Will that be enough to place him as low man on that totem pole holding up the other 3?
-
Face it, Steveson is an alien from another solar system, dropped here from a UFO for the sole purpose of humbling the earthly population.

Biden Introduces Rule to PUNISH Home Buyers With Good Credit

I'm tired of his Executive Orders that usurp Congressional authority. Biden has completely alienated the middle class. -
Now that's unmitigated whitewashing.

Mineo reporting on Twitter: Nagao to Iowa
RYou replied to Jimmy Cinnabon's topic in College Wrestling
Unless he transfers again now, he'll likely be barred from transferring over the summer by the NCAA as the new portal transfer rule kicks in. -
The truth about this laptop was known they day its new ownership was revealed. HB informed the Big Guy and the burial began. The effort to obscure the evidence and multitude of crimes contained in it has undergone an effort the magnitude of which has not seen the planning of D Day.

You can try Allentown PA also. About 2 hour drive. 3 hours for Newark also but it's a straight shot west on rt 80.

All of the news sources have published it. NYT - Tucker Carlson Is Dismissed From Fox News: Latest Updates - The New York Times (nytimes.com) CNN - Tucker Carlson leaving Fox News | CNN Business ABC - Tucker Carlson and his producer out at Fox News, 1 week after Dominion settlement - ABC News (go.com) Carlson was not one the those targeted in the Dominion lawsuit.
-
Last Friday, A reporter for WaPo speculated they would be canned. So far he's wrong. He also missed the Bongino and Carlson hatchet chops. What I heard is that Carlson was PO'd Fox would not let him air additional video from January 6. Then last week he had a segment hanging an MSNBC reporter over fictional lies about January 6. Fox wouldn't let the piece show. They duked it out and of course Carlson lost. His producer got the boot also.

CNN continues to clean house...... Don Lemon, CNN - out- fired. On the heels of a near billion dollar defamation settlement.... Tucker Carlson, Fox - out - fired. Dan Bongino, Fox went down last week. Both stoked the fires. Let's see who down this afternoon. CNN's Reid ? Another firestorm. It's pretty clear that with the Sandman settlement with CNN and now Fox's settlement with Dominion, the bosses are reigning in the troops and the slanty sided political coverage.

Charged with assault. Will likely be offered some form of pre-trial intervention likely involving anger management.

The next step in Cael's plan to destroy college wrestling
RYou replied to Theo Brixton's topic in College Wrestling
Sanderson is calculated in his recruiting. He's very selective and targets specific weight classes. It's rare that he has 2 top tier guys at a single weight. If you sign with him that weight class is held for you in his rolling 5 year plan. Howard is his guy, that's why you haven't seen a newcomer onboard. Try to shift that plan like Suriano did and it creates waves. It's a rare day that you'll see a Dean / Beard situation at PSU. Dean wanted out of Cornell and Sanderson couldn't say no. -
When do ADs start negotiating an NIL detente?

Now all of those boosters can legitimately pay the student athletes. There may come a time when some schools forego the scholarships and ask the athlete to pay the tuition and expenses, but not any time soon. The NCAA recently renegotiated its TV contracts so school share of the revenue will be increasing., but it won't help the Div II schools that are not televised. The conferences will be looking to increase the TV revenue for 2nd tier TV contracts as a means of making up some of the short fall -

Demise of the ACC ? Yes, according to Greg Swaim of the Swaim Show...... The Big Ten is expected to extend invites to North Carolina. Virginia, Georgia Tech, and Miami. The Big 12 is expected to invite NC State, Virginia Tech, Louisville, and Pitt. The SEC would get Florida State and Clemson. Before Rutgers and Maryland joined the B1G, there was much chatter around NJ and MD about the possibility prior to the announcement. Have our ACC brethren heard anything that stokes your curiosity? All of the current B1G universities belong to the Association of American Universities (AAU) including incoming USC and UCLA. UNC and UVA are members, GTech and Miami are not. AAU membership is thought to be a prerequisite, for a B1G invitation. I'd be more inclined to think Pitt (AAU member) would get the invitation. However, adding UNC, UVA, Gtech and Miami gives the B1G/ BTN complete coverage along the east coast, while Pitt adds nothing to the revenue equation. (AAU universities conduct extensive research across all academic disciplines)

Another benefactor of the COVID bonus year. A few workout sessions with Angle probably changed his mind about WWE real quick.

Depen ds on if he signs a letter of intent. If no, any team can step in. If yes, he'll need a release. Since its through the portal if he signed the letter of intent, he would also need to have the NCAA approve the release otherwise lose a year of eligibility under the recently adopted rule from the NCAA.
