  1. For sure. By those votes, she caused the inflation and 20% higher prices that she now complains about. mspart
  2. Kamala will probably pull this one off and not look too bad. Biden did that except for the last one against all odds. But Biden is smarter than Kamala I believe so he was able pull through all the other debates he had. I don't think Kamala is that smart but they may have planted certain gotcha phrases in her head that she may use. It is fair to say she can attack Trump personally but not the other way around. He will look like a bully to the poor little woman if he bullies or gets personal. That's what he has to control himself not to do. That would be really tough for him I think especially in the hostile environment of ABC. They have reported 100% positive on Kamala and 80% negative on Trump. That's hostile. It is not a fair fight in that regard and Trump will have to hold back on his emotions and be bigger. I think he can complain, just not in a mean way. Like he did with the interviewer right after he was shot. "Gee you could have asked how I'm doing but you come at me with this personal assault. That is not right." Or words to that effect. mspart
  3. This is true, it was about 20% down (not compliant). mspart
  4. But she's not the incumbent, just ask her. She had nothing to do with policy, just don't watch the videos where she and Biden say she was integral to policy making. That's one thing Trump can do to win this debate is tie her to Biden in an ironclad way. She is running from Biden but she is Biden 2.0. mspart
  5. WR I saw what you saw but with a few differences, they are: When the cop went to the front of the car, HIll rolled up his window. The cop came back and knocked and said open the window. Window did not come down (not compliance). The cop waited for about 10 seconds and knocked again. The cop knocked again and the window came partially down. The cop then said they were getting him out of the car. He was asked 3 times to get out of the car and didn't (not compliance). The other cop who said we're not playing this game appears to have opened the door (again not compliance). The door opened and Tyreek's left foot started moving to the outside at the same time he was grabbed and pulled out of the car. I couldn't tell which came first to be honest. The cops did not slam him to the asphalt, but put him down. Apparently he was on the phone with his agent Drew saying he was arrested. (this may have been the reason he appeared not to be cooperating, he was busy on the phone). Tyreek did not appear to fight with the cops (I suppose you can call this compliance), but he was still complaining that they were beating on his window. The one cop took him to the sidewalk (he went so I suppose compliance) and the cop wanted him sitting on the deck but he wouldn't go (I suppose not compliance) so another cop came and put him on the deck. He's complaining that he's had surgery on his knee. But my understanding is he was late for the game he was to play in. Knee must be good. Looks like he had shoulder surgery to me by the scar on his back (neither here nor there). Tyreek did not display hostile behavior but was not compliant either. mspart
  6. The only policy about this is to reward those who give birth with money. Make it worth while to be parents. Lessen the cost of birth and maintaining a child through tax incentives. mspart
  7. Haitians don't want those creeps coming over I guess. mspart
  8. Tyreek has only himself to blame here. If he had acted like anyone should when pulled over by a cop, he wouldn't have had this problem. But he decided to lip off and give attitude. So he got attitude right back. I did not see any bumps or scrapes on him so I think he is ok. Big guy that's for sure. There's just no reason to act like that when pulled over by a cop unless you are trying to start something. What that would accomplish I don't know, but he does not look like he is in the right here. How were his rights trampled? First Amendment has nothing to do with this. He was driving against the law (100mph) and got caught and was mad about it. Be a man, accept responsibility and do what you are told. If he had, this would have ended differently I think. It was his choice. mspart
  9. I think WA starts counting that night. All mail in vote. So it takes awhile but don't anyone get their boxers in a bunch, WA is solidly D for national politics. We have some initiatives here that may swing the governors race to R for the first time in 40-50 years. We've had Governor Doofus (Inslee) for 4 terms and now Doofus Jr (Bob Ferguson) want his chance and he is worse than his daddy. That debate happens tonight and I want to see the R wipe the mat with this guy. mspart
  10. What a mess! And the news is saying this is the first and possibly only debate between the two. Trump has said he will debate here 3 times. What is she so scared of? mspart
  11. A year ago, he wouldn't have been caught in WA. No police pursuit. Thankfully, the legislature was forced to rescind that policy. mspart
  12. But do you truest him to do what he says he will do over flip floppin' Kamala? That is the question. By extrapolation, I would say you trust Kamala will propose to do the right thing almost always and then follow-up by actually doing the right thing. But how do you know what "her" right thing is? She has caved on all of her policies to look much more moderate than she really is. Will she govern that way or will she revert to the leftist that she really is? Again, that is the question. mspart
  13. I think Tyreek felt he was too important to be treated such. I would say driving 100mph is reason to pull someone over. Refusal to comply with police orders is a reason to pull someone out of the car. Was it a black man driving 100mph or was it just an individual driving 100mph. Apparently the windows were so tinted Tyreek couldn't be seen so how did the minority racial cop know the driver was a minority racial person? Seems like Tyreek was out of line here. mspart
  14. Hey Admin - Dead Bob and Willie, thank you, the forum has calmed down quite a bit. It resopnds faster now. Something happened between yesterday and today and I thank you for it. mspart
  15. Doubtful. Will she be asked anything of substance? Will she answer with anything of substance? Trump just has to be quiet while she rambles and everyone will see she is a train wreck worse than Biden. Unfortunately, we have no good choices in this thing. Of the two, I'd rather see Trump win both the debate and election. But I think it will be close in both. mspart
  16. Ah, the thick plottens!! mspart
  17. Yeah pretty close for the former mayor! mspart
  18. I notice N Korea is not on the list. mspart

  20. Oh no, do we have to suffer through another Taylor/Chiefs season? Please no!! mspart
  21. RL, Here are 3 of the 34 counts against Trump . THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen dated February 14, 2017, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. SECOND COUNT: AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, bearing voucher number 842457, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. THIRD COUNT: AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, bearing voucher number 842460, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. The other 31 counts read similarly. In order to secure a felony conviction, Trump had to falsify records AND something else. Based on these indictment counts, what did Trump do to make these felony items? Please be specific. If you don't want to do that, please be specific on what the jury found to make these felony items. I submit to you that the indictment does not specificly allege any action that Trump took to make these felonies. When does that ever happen? Amendment 6 of the Constitution states: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. With those indictments, can you honestly say Trump was informed of the nature and cause of the accusation? Of course you will say so, but if you are being honest, you cannot say that. What specifically does the indictment say he did? It doesn't. And that is the fact. mspart
  22. The conservatives did name it what it was but media and Ds weren't having it. It was obvious from the beginning. But the Ds had the votes and it passed with Kamala's tie breaking vote in the Senate and here we are still with higher inflation then they inherited and higher prices as a result that won't come down unless we have a recession. Thanks Kamala. Thanks Biden. mspart
  23. Some people want to pretend that others are who they say they are and not who they really are. It is all about what you want to believe. Some people will fall for anything. Trans woman is not equal to a woman. It is a man dressing as a woman and pretending to be one. Period. A Trans man is not a man. It is a woman dressing as a man and pretending to be one. Period. mspart
