First of all, if i suspected this was going on and I was doing the investigating, I would never say a word outside of my investigating team. Why would you alert or tip off the people who you were going after. That would make it that much harder to catch them. All I know is where there is will there is a way to good things or to do actions that are illegal. People go to great lengths in order to acquire wealth illegally.

You might want to watch the show Greed for one. It's incredible what people will do in order get money fraudulently. You know they steal other people's identities with ease now days. You know they steal homeowner's titles. Then they take out loans on the property.
