Circling back on this because I found the 2025 coaches voting roster. Sixteen coaches rank each weight, two from each conference. The high and low ranks are thrown out. For the remaining fourteen ranks points are assigned: 33 for 1st, 32 for 2nd, ..... 1 for 33rd. The max points is therefore 462 (14x33) For Starocci to finish with 460 points that means that among the 14 rankings he lost two points relative to the max. So either one of the fourteen had him third and the low that got thrown out had him third or lower. OR Two of the fourteen had him second and the low that got thrown out had him second or lower. So which two coaches had him third or lower? Or which three coaches had him second or lower?
