So you have an understanding of zero point energy, or the red shift?

I know what they are. How are they relevant to this discussion?

They very much change the theories of the age of the earth, and the "rate" of things.

Oh yah, how? Please explain with your physics expertise.

Are you saying that the actual age of the earth is only 10,000 years or so? Going back to just a few days before Adam & Eve?

The winger conspiracy theories are a dime a dozen.

5/10 on strawmaning.

You know both solid and scientific theories drastically change the old obsolete theories of the age of everything. To deny this is to deny science.

Ok so what exactly is your theory then? As far as I'm concerned, the evidence is overwhelming re: approximate geologic ages

I don't know, but neither do you. The difference is I don't make claims. Science is going crazy right now and it's destroying so much of what arrogant scientists claimed was settled. DNA is destroying evolution and quantum physics is destroying almost everything else, especially when it comes to dating and estimates of age.

That's complete bs. The established geologic history of the earth isn't "going crazy." It's basically all the same as early 90s when I took earth history. You have no idea what the hell you're talking about. The crap you're saying doesn't even make any sense.

How the hell has quantum physics changed the accounts of geologic history?

Geological ageing and the red shift and probably more so zero point energy changes the age of everything. It's near impossible to believe in the big bang and dismiss the red shift.

None of this has impacted the scientific consensus on age of earth or geologic timescale that I'm aware of. Please quit being vague and show me an example of what the hell you are talking about. From a real scientific source.

How do those relate to age predictions?  They indicate the universe is alive in ways we are yet to comprehend.

I literally thought of this yesterday for no reason at all.   How on earth can one get one male and one female of every species on a boat…. And none of them die.  And all of them reproduce.    Forget the fact that we “think” having babies with your family is weird but….

so an elephant never accidentally stepped on one of the ants in one year and 10 days?

I have never thought about the family reproduction part of this. So, all of us can trace back our family roots to Noah. I would like to see if scientists could scientifically prove this. Where can we find Noah's DNA?

Real science: geology, chemistry, physics and meteorology primarily.

The Bible is not science.

I'm not sure science is science. Who was there to observe it? Isn't that an important part of science.

So we can't apply science to things that happened before we could observe them "live?"

Answer is that we actually can. Happens all the time in science.

Zero point energy basically says the rate of the universe is slowing. Science assumes the speed of light, or molecular activity is a constant but there is evidence that it is not. So it's inaccurate to assume something like the half life of uranium is the same today as it was in the past. A simplified explanation is there is a cosmic microprocessor that is slowing  down and we can't assess the past based on today.

The red shift is the effect of the expanding universe. I'm unusually busy right now, but I'll look for short videos on these topics.

Like that anthropology professor at U Penn that said you can't tell if a skeleton is male or female?

Professors are human. They can make mistakes, particularly verbally. Other professors made that mistake very obvious. You mean Pitt, right?

Yes, I mean Pitt.   He did not make a mistake.   It was a discussion of transgenderism and he responded saying no one would be able to tell if a 200 year old skeleton was male or female.   He was mocked and rightfully so.

I bet he wouid admit now that he was wrong. By mistake, I mean being wrong once in a while.

I bet he was subservient to the current thought that a man can be a woman and didn't want to upset the apple cart with real science.   He was and is a tool.   Any professor that says that is a tool.

I'm not sure but that's possible. I looked him up and he's a social-cultural anthropologist,  not a physical one. So he was speaking somewhat outside his area of expertise. Therefore may have simply been wrong.
