King Mo Endene would beat Barr today

I said about a week ago that he was Iowa's best transfer and many laughed at me.  After he defeated #4 Stout are those people still laughing?

Endene is Iowa's best transfer and he may pose serious challenges for Josh Barr.  Endene has hulking strength and we know Barr is not a big 197er and is known more for his pace than for his brute strength.

It would be a very close match between Barr and Endene and given Barr's injury I would currently favor Endene.

He’s prepping for his mid yr transfer to UNI for the 2nd semester.

Not sure about a badge of honor but I’m always asked what weight class I wrestled - the left ear is always a dead giveaway.

Best that transferred in this past offseason isn't a laughable take, but might not happen.  Even if he outplaces Peterson, Bailey, and Williams this year Williams and Bailey are juniors so they could be better overall tranfers by either placing higher next year or for a second time for the Haweyes.  If you mean best transfer currently on the roster Caliendo has set the bar pretty high and is still the highest ranked of the transfers in Iowa's lineup.

If you are talking about the best transfer of Brands's tenure Stephen Buchanan won NCAAs.  Lugo was the favorite to win in 2020.  Caliendo made the finals last year.  DeSanto placed 3x and top 3 2x.  

If you mean ever in program history that's TJ WIlliams.
