Nick Piccininni pinning Spencer Lee was pretty crazy too. Freshman Jason Nolf pinning #1 Imar was a big one.

Weirdly, one that always comes to mind is Lesnar pinning Wes Hand at National Duals when Iowa beat Minnesota in 1998 or 1999. That was the first time I saw Lesnar and he looked humongous compared to Hand who wasn't exactly a small guy.

Rob Rohn - he was cooked and dressed ten ways to Sunday. You never see a guy who is literally about to lose like that get a last chance pin. Cement Job from nowhere!

Cenzo - Imar always won that  position, until he didn't. Literally gave me goosebumps.

Bo Nickal - Martin had a pinning move set up himself, and to win the whole shootin match for both him and Ohio State. Then Bo elevator for the "That's What We Do" Natty Title!

Rohn's pin of Iowa's Jessman Smith in the semis that year.  Taken down towards his back, Rohn worked an underhook into a pin.  The "Anybody But Iowa" contingent in the arena erupted.

A personal favorite:  Lehigh vs Penn State at the old Grace Hall in February 1974, Bob Sloand pinned Bob Woodrow at 118 pounds.  The Lions had won five straight duals and were favored in this one.  Sloand was cutting a lot of weight and fell behind 4-0, but a minute into the 2nd period (bouts were 2-3-3 then) he reversed Woodrow onto his back and decked him.  Loudest noise I've ever heard, a classmate next to me was trying to say something to me; I felt vibration from what he was yelling on my eardrum but couldn't make out the words.

Penn State won the dual, 18-15.  Five bouts were decided by one point, four went against Lehigh.

When I saw him in State College for the 2000 national duals I couldnt believe the size and shred on Lesnar.. It was insane and he scared me...my teammates where taking pics of him with disposables like he was Lou Ferrigno. FREAK

Mitch Shelton pins Dr. Death at Bedlam

Back in those days OU had a helluva team and the series was a lot more competitive.

Ramos over Spencer Lee is probably the biggest one in the last 10 years, and it wasn't even in the NCAA finals.

That was a great moment. After Spencer's ridiculous "warrior" speech following his previous NC a lot of people were rooting for something like that to happen.

If we ever get emojis back we need a break glasses for sure.
