Yeah. He's not nearly as entertaining as either of the Brands 😄 I can't wait to hear what crazy shit comes out of Tom's mouth the next time he's interviewed.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Cael is a man of few words and those words are exactly enlightening or provocative.  He is able to craft responses that provide little insight or provide any previously unknown information.   Not only that, but he can do it in a complete monotone.  But, for some reason he seems to do OK coaching.

I love Cael. He doesn’t want to be out there talking to the media. Very dry sense of humor. Master of filling his mandated media time with absolutely nothing if he can help it.

Brands are much more fun interviews. If you didn’t follow wrestling you’d likely ask “who’s that mental patient?”

Ryan is always good for some whining and complaining.

Glad the season is finally here!!!

Looks like 3/18/2026 to 5/1/2026. Plenty of time for Iowa to scour the MAC and D3 for a few guys for their lineup. Also plenty of time for Bob to evict some single mothers to pay for it!!
‘tis the season!!

Cael Sanderson gave an update on Josh Barr’s status Tuesday afternoon.

“He is close,” Sanderson said. “He won’t be wrestling this weekend, though. But he’s getting close.”

Interpretation: he is pushing the elevator down button as we speak to start drilling.

Assuming he does not miss anymore matches based on their schedule he can go into big 10's with 14 matches.

To be fair, some that do follow wrestling ask the same thing.

It's would be hard to watch Levi Haines's performance at U23 and NOT come to the conclusion that he has jumped levels again, in freestyle and in folkstyle.

The best coaches are all in complete control of their emotions. How can you defeat your greatest opponent if your greatest opponent is your own lack of control, Grasshopper?

Unrelated but RBY is back training with NLWC at Happy Valley. It’s also been reported he’s opening up a training camp in his hometown of Tuscan AZ in a few weeks. That’s great news for RBY and great news to those he continues to inspire.

Did he get a bronze at worlds a little while back?
