Looked like man vs boy.

I really think he could be a problem on the freestyle scene at this weight.

Perentin is a dog. I do not want to hear ever again that James is a better recruit than Bassett or Jax btw.

Perentin and James are high schools teammates , Perentin is 3 years older and was 3 weight classes heavier last season and had been absolutely dominate for his last 3 years of high school. I don’t think James losing a one takedown match to him on nov 2 of his senior year of high school says anything about him being or not being an elite recruit

We’ll see.  Bassett got smoked by Zepeda at Jayden’s age.

Levi Haines was starting his Jr.  year of college at Bassets age.

125 Bouzakis is looking scary!

Knox pushed a lot of pace but Nic still looked like he had some gas left in the tank, stayed in position and no mental lapses there.

Never said he was not an elite recruit, in any other class he would be the clear cut 1. However I have seen a lot of PSU fans say that he is a better recruit than Jax and Bo. Perentin lost to Melvin last year and Cunningham his Junior year. As of the last year Jax and Bo have not been losing or really in competitive matches with guys that are still taking losses to other high school kids. Now that is not baking into improvement which I am sure Perentin has had since getting to Cornell and familiarity which I am sure was a factor.

Going with Joy and cannon

I really like Cannon, but Miller is extremely good. Miller just played around with the Cornell guy. This will be a very entertaining match.

Perentin is James old HS teammate, I tend to give mulligans for losses such as that, but I agree that is not a great loss. Perentin got beat 7-1 by Gaj at Dapper Dan this year.
