Having watched all these guys pretty much every time they wrestled, I'm guessing that it will be Greg D at 125 and Tyler Ferrara at 133 this year.  Greg will graduate and Knox will enter the room in 2025/26 and take 125.  Ferrera has three years left.

(and it is "Milani")

Is Ungar done?

He has NCAA eligibility left, but (IIRC) needs to unenroll from Cornell to avoid graduating and becoming ineligible according to Ivy rules.  Of course, if he thinks he can't beat Ferrera he could graduate in December and transfer somewhere else (a la Cardenas), but that is unlikely.

That's what I said.

I think injuries were part of it and I dont think he could beat Ungar. Greg seems like the type of guy that having a feel for helps a lot and Ungar is so stingy and inactive on his feet I would imagine greg could not get much going and then probably had issues on bottom. Hope nothing but the best for him this year also excited to see what Elijah can do I think he has a really high ceiling with the way he wrestles for his size.

Speaking of Elijah, I wonder if he will ultimately have a better freestyle career than either of his brothers. He's a late bloomer compared to his siblings, and probably won't peak for several or more years from now. I also wonder what kind of durability he will have in terms of injuries, which has been a problem for both older brothers.

IIRC, Yianni joked that Elijah was better than both he and Greg because Elijah had won Fargo (which neither of his brothers did).  I might be mis-remembering that, of course.

if you use the transitive property of his game with genos brother from cadets, Elijah would be in the running to win a u20 title this year. I think his style is going to be really hard for most 92/97kg guys to deal with but I have probably watched less of him than either brother so its hard to say for me.
