I’ve read repeatedly the nlwc and psu are not the same thing …. Especially when paying athletes in the pre nil era

I see approximately 0.1% chance that any of the allegations that were published in the Collegian article ever see the inside of a court room.  That doesn’t mean they definitely didn’t happen though.

If we’re mostly just talking about him possibly being let go from NLWC, they are still free to do that.

Not guilty of what?   He hasn't been charged with anything.  The police are not pursuing the theft case anymore, no way is anyone charging a wrestler for a butt drag, bullying isn't a crime.   The only thing he can be charged with that has been publicly alleged is the rape and the victims haven't gone public so it seem unlikely they want a trial.
