Yes I was referring to as an NLWC member. But he had had pretty good results in freestyle, including thinking he beat Nick Lee. And if Lee is retired and Blaze is at 61 until the Olympics, who else do they have at 65?

Is it more probable that the timing of his latest comments are the result of moral outrage or were timed with him being shown the door? Based on your post I'd say you think the NLWC is fine having "pretty good" guys around, even if they might miss the occasional stud, but i doubt thats the case. I do actually think they kinda want a full lineup, and Bartlett is better than just “pretty good.” He has a (folkstyle) win over 1 of the guys in Final X. And if I were a RTC coach right now, I’d probably rather have Bartlett on my team than Snyder…

SeaBass went on a run in Paris that was completely unexpected. There was no indication prior to the Olympics that he was on that level. Well even if Bartlett is leaving, we don’t know if it was due to a “low offer” or whatever. And I assume Snyder is on some sort of contract, as far as he’s concerned I think the bigger question is if he’s still at NLWC after worlds.
