it's not all hypocritical talk. It does seem like Nebbie has good team culture. I saw multiple interviews by the nebby wrestlers at NCAAs hyping up/shouting out each other and being overall really supportive. I believe Van Dee, Smith, and Ridge all had notable such interviews.

But, yeah, "built, not bought" looks really dumb now

I agree they currently have a great team culture.  AJ could be an issue though.
