I'm a native Nyer so either way it's  exciting. Plus making trip croatia as a bucket list. Tough to choose . Yanni getting healthy is my heart.

But excitement of high school kid is as well. I keep asking can Duke actually beat Yanni?

Anyone know how many high school kids made world team in past?

Just curious If happened how many?

Duke shoulda went to Cornell that would’ve been fun

Not enough Jesus at Cornell, I think.  Although they did recruit Adrian DeJesus, so there's that.

As a fellow Cornell fan I think Gray moves the needle in the opposite direction we want it to go. Can he pull big recruits from states other than NJ is the question.

NY may not have the depth of a PA, Oh, NJ but their top tier guys that come out every 5-10 years they some of the best the US has to offer.

If Duke wins 4 titles, NY would have 3 of the 8 wrestlers to claim that (2 of which were at Cornell) which is pretty crazy when you take into account what Ohio/NJ/PA produces amongst other top wrestling states.

Really exciting stuff for NY and will be excited to see how this goes.

I don't know in what direction Grey (note the spelling that Cornell fans probably should know) is moving the needle that you disagree with.  He seems to be a religious guy, but he keeps that to himself.  In the Class of 2025, there are four NJ guys, one NY guy (Elijah D), one PA guy (Correa), and two California guys (Cortez brothers), not to mention he-who-got stolen from AZ.  All in the top 60 in Flo's Big Board.  Class of 2026 has five guys in the top 100:  one each from CA, PA, OK, CO, and VA.

I like that needle direction.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Native NY’er.  And still don’t know how to spell Yianni’s name.  Huh.

You’re someone that doesn’t give a sh*t … and that’s fine. (Or you are an imbecile, given that you’ve seen Yianni’s name written many times I’m sure).

I’m not like you.  I think  someone like Yianni deserves respect from the fan base.  And part of showing respect is spelling his name right.

Given your reaction, it is clear you disagree thoroughly and completely.  Again, I’m not like you.  And that is OK.

Correa is from NH.  Goes to prep school in PA, but he lives in NH. (and was "stolen" from Michigan)
