I thought Okst was in the mix for Borge but would lean Missou I also think they are very heavily in play for Bachmann. No idea on Kenny feels like a lehigh, rutgers, psu, ohio state type of kid. Absolutely no clue on Mastny but would love to see him stay home they are building a pretty salty team at Illinois.

I know Kenny had a good visit to VT but that's going to be a battle. Some other names, Cam Sontz, Max Konopka I'd definitely be interested in hearing more about.

Would love to see kenny at tech, I really do not know how to project him weight wise. He feels like he has a lot of physical maturing to do which is exciting because I think once his body catches up to his ability he will be that much more incredible. Cam sontz is one of those guys that places absolutely everywhere, would love to see what a big win could do for his mental. Konopka was one of the most impressive guys at elite 8 for me I was 100% not expecting him to beat singer in the way that he did. I am always a bit hesitant about NE kids that don't wrestle a big schedule but he had a very good summer.

Man I hope so. If Smith and company somehow get Borge and Bachmann, that would be awesome. Mixed in with the class that just hit campus, could be something nice in a couple years. I’ve heard both of Israel’s brothers have committed, but I’ve only seen Curtis flipped from Army.

Sonny Amato commits to Iowa.

I was an enormous Amato fan this time last year. His progression feels a bit stagnant to me over the past year or so though and his Powerade final with Zeno Moore will be permanently etched in my brain, he did not handle his emotions very well. That being said he is a kid and that's a great learning opportunity. I think its actually a great fit for him because the ability is not in question I think going to a school that lives off of being gritty will be very good for him.

Flo has Amato #30 on their big board, but the story on the front page here at Intermat says he is #3 overall.  Are the ranking services really that different?  Any reason why?

flo has zinkin at 100 I believe and hes much closer to 10 than he is 100. I would not have amato at #3 right now but he is certainly a top 10 guy.

Willie said he has him a bit high right now, and when he updates the next rankings, he would be more like in the teens I think it was.

Nebraska now has 4 commits that are currently ranked at 150 ('26 and '27 classes). Davis Parrow, Noah Bull, Mason Peterson, and Mac Crosson.  Also, Nikade Zinkin is a true freshman.

Is it that Intermat has him at #3 or has him at #3 for his weight class?

Wonder what the plan there is like who goes 49 and who gets to 57?
