New S32 article is up. Should also have another out this evening or tomorrow as well.

You would need to subscribe to Rokfin, I think it’s 10 bucks a month. You get access to Rokfin and with it comes tons of wrestling content, which Matscouts is included along with Intermat and various other state organizations as well as some RTC sites etc. it is worth the purchase if you are into wrestling media for sure. If you follow HS wrestling a good bit then it is a no brainer to purchase it.

Willie’s deep sleepers article is up, gives you some names and many outside the top 16 to follow, along with some commentary. A really good read.

Data article is up.

Tyler- it’s in the preview, go give it a look (maybe look on a desktop/laptop) Bachmann is the 2 at 190. They are in the spreadsheets in the article. Bassett was the 5, so everyone behind him moved up one.

Thanks, I continued looking for a way to make it shorter, but with so many guys in there there was just no way. really hard to discuss the whole bracket wholistically, but Willie is covering a lot of that with his piece on deep sleepers, which will have some contenders in there not mentioned in the preview but not omitted on purpose. Will be dropping an article with some data tonight as well.

Thx Truzz, gonna be a good one appreciate the line.

Super 32 preview is live. Follow along this week as multiple Super 32 pieces are going to be coming out along with coverage from the event on Saturday and Sunday. It should be really comprehensive coverage. I hope some of you will be there it’s really going to be a good one.

ASU was a top 15 team last year and they had the highest GPA in the country for an NCAA Wrestling Team. They are one of the most successful programs on campus. No big scandals. Not sure there is a hot seat there.

A week post S32, still expecting lots of good kids, but tough to do both for sure. Hats off to those that do. Also with as expensive as travel is I don’t fault a kid that goes to the event that they can drive to.

This is what they have so far, I am assuming there will be some changes. I forget which weight but a country has 2 guys listed. I don’t expect much change but yes there will be some. I wanted to get something up now for folks who wanted it all in the same place. If changes come in a timely manner I am hoping to be able to make those as well.

Folks: Sr Men’s entries up on Rokfin with seeds (UWW), rankings (UWW), 2025 WC finish, 2026 Continental finish, 2026 U20 finish, and 2025 U23 finish. I wanted to have all the entries in one place together with some accolade etc so it may help for those of you making picks when looking at the draws after they come out. Let me know what you think. I started to think about putting more on there but with so many events and results it got kind of dizzying looking at all that data. Enjoy!

PNL Final Recap is up. Go take a look.

I watched 144 the most.

Lots of them for sure Rodent. What’s your top few matchups?

PNL day one recap is up.

PNL write up on Rokfin. Go ahead and take a look if interested. These are great events. I will put up another post Saturday evening and one Sunday as well. Some really good kids here at the event with some big potential matchups.

GFC elite division placers and some commentary up.

I think the question is this: is it an event or does it set the rankings for the top spot for the preseason? I mean that’s what I think it boils down to. Either way yes good wrestling, but preferences of the particular details are probably based on what one feels the event is. Most wrestlers would take the call either way, it probably makes little difference to them. I’m not sure on allowances etc but you hear things. Id say most just look at it like a card as opposed to an event that should set the preseason #1, which many of those matches can get run back. Idk my two cents.

30 hours from weigh in to event start more or less.

GFC seeds have been posted earlier today and there is a GFC write up on Rokfin as well. It deals mostly with the Elite Division which 25 ish top 20 ranked individuals this weekend. Head over and give it a look if you are interested.

Eh, try to get it right and accurate, I feel like that is what sets MatScouts apart. So, I just dropped the ball. All good thanks for being cool about it.

Fixed. My apologies.

As there is no 79kg on there? I’ll go back to it. Also for wagin he would have to be listed two times on there then? I just took the names directly off UWW site. I’ll look at it, thank you!!

Lol, it’s only a short while for me for a drive (6ish hrs), not sure I can do it, job and all that stuff. Kind of a bummer.
