ionel Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 Muscle memory issue. How much time do coaches spend practicing the brick toss? Given importance of the brick now in duals & tourneys I'd suggest should spend at least 20 minutes per week. .

If it was for the brick being thrown at the official Roger Chandler would’ve been watching the rest of the dual on his phone from the parking lot.
