The election.  The court of 77+ million voters who found J6 a non-issue and voted thusly.  That was the due-est process going under our constitution.

People who tolerate me on a daily basis . . . they are the real heroes.

Hmmmm. Let me follow this logic. Trump won the 2024 election so any violence in support of him in 2021 was OK.

Was the alleged misconduct by the fbi and other 3 letter gov agencies admissible in their trials?

similar to this where the us gov hid its stingray cellular technology until they got caught/exposed and the guy had to be released

good documentary.  For the record.  I think this is what it’s called https://m.imdb.com/title/tt21029130/

Stalin style due process.  Held without bail, lengthy delays, biased judges and juries, misapplied law, and over sentencing.  Some were jailed nearly four years without trial.

You have hearings with your lawyer present to discuss bail. Also how was the law misapplied?

There were only one or two judges who refused to use the Enron obstruction charge that was eventually thrown out by the Supreme Court.

None of these things are a violation of due process.  You can whine and cry about them or disagree with them, but the people got hearings in front of judges and the judges made rulings, and then appeals happened, etc. etc.  That is due process, which the immigrants in question were denied.

Welcome to the American legal system.  I have 15 clients right now held without bail.  But they (and the J6ers) still got hearings on bonds, and the right to appeal things to higher courts.  THAT is due process.  You not liking the results of the hearings means zero.  And as a defense lawyer, I can tell you that the vast majority of the delays in court cases are from the defense side, not prosecutorial (and to our client's benefit).

Is this a question or an answer?

See, that was a question as I don't know if you're just talking nonsense or if you're actually making that argument.

So...because those voters "voted thusly," then...it's alright to beat the hell out of Cops with flags?

I'm not sure case law supports that or that you know what Due Process is, but sure!

I can help you.   An American teenage 16 year old.   Probably not a father because he was a minor.   Was killed for pro terrorist activities.   He was killed By a sitting democrat president without any due process at all.  That is cool with y’all right?   @red viking @1032004

I mean pro terrorist activity under Trump gets you deported.

pro terrorist activity while on vacation outside the us under  the obama gets a Patriot missile slammed down your face.    Due process be damned.

It's called "collateral  damage." You should talk to Israel and all their winger supporters about that. They don't have any problems murdering several children per day, as long as they are trying to kill somebody from Hamas in the process. Then again, Palestinian children are subhuman, huh?

One American gets killed when a Democrat is President and they get their panties in a bundle.

The hypocrisy of the wingers is unbelievable.

True justice would have been to lock up those j6 mobsters and throw away the key.

Maybe Trump will pardon this Florida St mass murderer too, since he's a Trumptard.

this didn't age well
