I want to just let this year soak in first....enjoyed watching the Masters this weekend.  Watching McIlroy sink that last put on 18 and then the very iconic walk to the club house to sign his scorecard.....embracing his friends, wife, daughter and more after 17 Masters and 11 attempts to complete the Grand Slam....the EMOTIONS....wow.   This has to be in my top 15 most iconic sports moments/finishes of all-time....one of those was actually the state volleyball championship my daughter's senior year in high school.  It's great to be alive in my lifetime to be able to have witnessed the likes of Nicklaus, Woods,  Ali, Jordan, S. Williams, Sampras, Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, Brady....enough of those guys.....Medved, Belaglozov, B. Satiev, Tediashvili, Saduliev, Fadzaev😉and more.  Add to that all the great music/genres......W. Nelson, Brooks, Jackson, Brooks and Dunn, McIntire (more of those where they came from), then there's the Beatles, Chicago, Journey, Foreigner, Beach Boys, Four Season, Lionel Ritchie, Four Tops, Temptations,....the list goes on and on.  Then top it off with attending 46 NCAA Wrestling Championships, 40 in a row, and countless other events, World Cups, World Championships, Big Tens, State tournaments.  Great to be alive.  Next stop.....I'm going fishing!!

We all know that 125 next year will be stacked again and arguably the toughest weight.  But I believe that 184 is going to be extremely tough with lots of young guns.  Looking forward to it.

Very interesting list.  I am excited to see how good Knox and locket are.

You're thinking Swiderski at 141?  I thought he was pretty big.

I had to do a google search to figure out who that was.

Not getting the hype. He got beaten by Michael Beard 26-10. Lost to Stephen Little 17-5.

Maybe he's made some dramatic improvements, but he certainly has no results to indicate he's anywhere near the level of the guys mentioned above.

He is and I think it might be more likely we see him at 157 than 141... I just also want to see Swiderski - Mendez R3...

He beat Merrill by the same margin as Buchanan.  🤠

Yep - true freshman season.... not too bad of a redshirt year with a world bronze medal. We will see....

Also, I don't think Knox goes Year 1.  He isn't on the level of Shapiro or Johnny D or Dake (gents who are thought to be potential 4xers), so he will enroll at the local CC.

Beat Merrill and Mcdaniel (once by tech) and went 6 minutes with Atimukhan (senior world champ) all as an 18 year old over the summer. I think he was still growing into the weight as a true freshman I am expecting huge things this year. His best win in folk to this point is probably Merrill 4-2 but as mentioned that's more takedown than Buchannen got against Merrill. Credentials wise he is not there, but I think he may be in terms of trajectory.

I think that most people had Mirasola or Merrill as the U20 97kg reps for the USA last year and then it ends up being Rademacher vs McDanel in the finals with Rademacher winning and representing the USA very well at worlds. I expect him to take a leap forward next year.

I'm guessing Blaze redshirts so will have to wait for him.

Hopefully we will get to see him (Blaze) in some open tournaments.
