HS Fr - 103

HS So - 125

HS Jr - 140

HS Sr - 189, weighed 155 but we had a decent 152 pounder and had nobody at 189. Also helped that I had beef with two guys in our region at the weight class.  Would have won a lot more at 152 but never gave up the 6 we would have by forfeiting the weight.

I wonder what the biggest year to year true weight jump was in hs or college.  Around 1983 I went to the navy wrestling camp and I vividly remember one of the counselors saying that over 3 years in hs he went from 101 to 150 to Heavyweight and won state at all 3. All I could think was if he was on such a multi-year growth spurt how did he make those weights the first 2 years.

High school girl went from 145 to 235 in one year.  What?  Won state both years.  NAIA AA true freshman year this year.

Could the gentlemen Please include your current weight?  highest 2013ish 188   2018 156 until Covid      now walking 164

Highest -215.  Now between 180 - 190.  Body fat changed from 5% at 22 to 13% at 42.  A little fatter now at 43.  Maybe 14-15%?  Youngest boy is 12 and I expect we’ll get fit together soon.

Started at 58 lbs in the 3rd grade -- my team at the time already had two future state champs and another kid who became NCAA champ.  After that I had matches at all of the weight going up and even a few in H.S. at unlimited, although I also was wrestling at 185.

name fits
