No illegal protests allowed on college campuses, at least if they're against Trump.

Meanwhile, the Jan 6 riots were perfectly fine.

What does he consider "illegal" then?

The hypocrisy if the wingers...

So he thinks college campuses may allow protestors to start buildings on fire? Is that what u think? That's where u draw the line?

I compiled a list that could possibly make a protest illegal.   The protest video above was illegal on my non lawyerly opinion.

  1. Arson – Setting buildings, vehicles, or property on fire.
  2. Vandalism – Destroying or defacing public or private property.
  3. Looting – Stealing from businesses or homes.
  4. Assault – Physically attacking others, including police or counter-protesters.
  5. Blocking Emergency Services – Preventing ambulances, fire trucks, or police from responding to emergencies.
  6. Trespassing – Entering private property without permission.
  7. Rioting – Engaging in violent or destructive behavior as part of a large group.
  8. Inciting Violence – Encouraging others to commit violent acts.
  9. Weapons Violations – Carrying firearms, explosives, or other illegal weapons.
  10. Threatening Public Officials – Making credible threats against politicians, judges, or law enforcement.
  11. Resisting Arrest – Refusing to comply with lawful orders from police.
  12. Disrupting Transportation – Blocking roads, highways, airports, or railways.
  13. Interfering with Government Functions – Disrupting court proceedings, legislative sessions, or public services.
  14. Hate Speech or Harassment – Targeting individuals with threats or abusive language that violates local laws.
  15. Unlawful Assembly – Gathering without a required permit or after being ordered to disperse.
  16. Breaking Curfew – Violating a government-imposed curfew.
  17. Cyber Attacks – Hacking government or private systems as part of the protest.
  18. Obstructing Business Operations – Preventing a business from operating through force or intimidation.
  19. Throwing Projectiles – Hurling objects like rocks, Molotov cocktails, or fireworks at people or buildings.
  20. Defying Court Orders – Violating injunctions or legal restrictions placed on protests.

What federal or state funding is associated with j6 that the current administration can cut?    Potato tomato?

Correct.   The protest itself is not the problem as long as it is done legally.   Taking over buildings or camping on campus is not legal.   Harassing jewish students and faculty is illegal.  Do it legally and there is no problem.

Funny. The Jan 6 protests met a few of those criteria. I guess it depends whether the protests are in favor of or opposing diaper Donny.

Other guy pardoned a crap ton of criminals including his family…. Some pedos…. Some Chinese spies.    He also allowed illegal protests to target Jews.  What is your point here?   Nothing can be done about either pardoning situation.

But we could limit funding to colleges that allow illegal activity.  I’m not following why that is bad.   Your argument is just meh.   At best.

More non answers.  You can’t un-pardon bidens pardons any more than you can un-pardon sir trumps.  You’re either crying in your Cheerios or not wanting to give props to Trump possibly stopping more criminal / illegal activity.

your milk is very very salty … at least that is my guess.

Its pure unadulterated hypocrisy. Only go after illegal protesters if they are democrats. If Republicans, let them do whatever they want. And the morally weak wingers defend him every step of the way.

Just more deflections from the right, as always. Won't criticize their own people. Morally bankrupt.

Didn't the liberal protesters in Seattle and Portland get to do whatever they wanted?  Why were convicted liberal protesters offered defense money for their illegal protests by the Democrats?

Pre-pardon, J6 dismissals were under 1%. Compare that to Portland where ~60% of federal cases were dismissed. The pardons made a super necessary statement about inconsistent legal treatment.
