Arson – Setting buildings, vehicles, or property on fire. Vandalism – Destroying or defacing public or private property. Looting – Stealing from businesses or homes. Assault – Physically attacking others, including police or counter-protesters. Blocking Emergency Services – Preventing ambulances, fire trucks, or police from responding to emergencies. Trespassing – Entering private property without permission. Rioting – Engaging in violent or destructive behavior as part of a large group. Inciting Violence – Encouraging others to commit violent acts. Weapons Violations – Carrying firearms, explosives, or other illegal weapons. Compare that to Portland where ~60% of federal cases were dismissed. The pardons made a super necessary statement about inconsistent legal treatment.
