Carrillo in the 26 class is committed to Oregon State. Zahid left. I’m not sure how strong those ties are now. They do have some tough kids coming in, but they are in rebuild mode now. You usually see 27 "I told you so" posts when he is correct. This one is bigger than most because Minnow is a Jersey guy who likes Rutgers and promotes them a lot.
