It should go without saying that you take anything Minnow says with a block of salt. I'm just glad some other team is having the Eye of So-Wrong turning it's baleful gaze on another team.

Horrifying as the concept is, I do sort of like the idea of AJ getting stuck on the bench behind Barr for 3 years...😛

Ethan Miller in the portal - I could see him fitting at Missouri at 149 or Iowa at 157

Maybe he wanted to wrestle in the Purdue dual?

The fact that Ethen is transferring and Kal tweeted out that he is not, leads me to believe it’s some kind of grad school thing. Maryland doesn’t have a degree program in his field or something like that. I bet that happens more often than we realize.

Agree it would be a curveball, but that doesn't mean this is correct.  AJ probably has the most bad blood with the PSU wrestlers and the OSU administration.  Seems like the Iowa AD changing her tune would be more likely.

Same high school as Nickal.  When AJ was on Basch once or twice, Cenzo found him very amusing, and hinted that other PSU wrestlers did too.

I’m assuming now he’ll be at heavyweight wherever he goes, unless it’s Iowa or Iowa State.  And I’d give him a pretty good shot at winning.

The ultimate 'win' for me is Max (Ben) Askren takes the HC job at Wiscy, the Mirasola's transfer there - as well as a couple other AWA gents.

Providing, of course, that Focus heads to Penn State for HWT.

Well I think that’s a terrible idea!

Volk and Flynn are both decent sized 125 pounders (at least not undersized).  My guess is Gopher strength coach, Scott McWilliams works his magic and puts 8 pounds on Flynn's frame.

133 looks a lot more stacked than 125 next season and I think Volk would have better results running that gauntlet, but Volk 125 and Beefy Flynn at 133 might be optimal team points. Good get for Minny.

I agree.  There are so called experts on here that say Flynn will get worked at 133.  I think whichever one ends up there will do fine. It wasn’t like Wells was owning the weight and he would do well to redshirt.

So is the definition of a "so called expert" anyone that has a differing opinion than your own? So, if you say they will be fine, are you the so called expert or are is it those who say he gets worked? I am just trying to figure out who the experts are on here that I can trust.

It’s pretty obvious who they are.  Even for you.
