It means that OkSt has to win the dual by at least 2 points (commonly read as -1.5) to cover the spread. If you think Iowa will lose by 1, tie, or win the dual then you would pick Iowa +1.5 1 i am an idiot on the internet

Expand too add to what bnwtg pointed out in his response the spread is set based on how the oddsmaker believes the money will be equally distributed to each side. They collect on the vig. From a betting perspective the dual pretty much comes down to 125/133. If Wisky can win both matchups it's going to be really tough for UNI to cover without a couple falls. If UNI wins at 133, UNI covers.

PSU also blew out Maryland who blew out AU 37-(-1). I think you only take the under on 55.5 if PSU is going to be sitting more than 1 guy.
