The ultimate court - American people - got the evidence they needed to reverse the decision of the courts at the ballot box in 2024.  The 2020 election and its aftermath will be shown to be one of the most devastating examples of a Pyrrhic Victory ever suffered.  81 million votes for the most amazing man EVER IN AMERICA, Joe Biden!

Doesn't mean the election was stolen because a republican was voted in next term. The democratic party was a complete joke and fumbled the bag. Too much concentration and stupid woke bs instead of real world problems - this is the result of that. Not a made up "stolen" election. But go on and keep preaching lies, your idols are full of them as well.

Sec. 7.  Rules of Conduct Guiding Federal Employees’ Interpretation of the Law. The President and the Attorney General, subject to the President’s supervision and control, shall provide authoritative interpretations of law for the executive branch.  The President and the Attorney General’s opinions on questions of law are controlling on all employees in the conduct of their official duties.  No employee of the executive branch acting in their official capacity may advance an interpretation of the law as the position of the United States that contravenes the President or the Attorney General’s opinion on a matter of law, including but not limited to the issuance of regulations, guidance, and positions advanced in litigation, unless authorized to do so by the President or in writing by the Attorney General.

Does the judicial branch report to the executive branch?  Nope.  Article III of the Constitution keeps the judiciary separate.

Does the judicial branch still hold checks on the executive branch?  Yep.

The EO does not rewrite the Constitution or neuter the courts.

Trump now gets alignment as he promised within the executive branch and reduces being undermined by the "deep state."  Win for the people!

Trump is a dictator!  Fact Check FALSE.

A good read from John Yoo

Breaking Watergate’s Hold on the Presidency

President Trump's flurry of executive orders represents the most aggressive phase of the campaign against the dysfunctional administrative state.  Trump does not mean solely to turn back the clock to the “halcyon,” pre-Watergate days of the Imperial Presidency.  A President who wants to shut down the Department of Education and hand its responsibilities off to the states is not seeking to concentrate more power within the Executive branch.

If Trump succeeds, the federal government's elected branches will re-acquire lost powers. Trump aims not to eviscerate congressional power but to restore a lost sense of congressional responsibility. Unelected and unresponsive bureaucrats should not make the hard decisions in domestic policy but, again, should return to popularly elected representatives.  At the same time, the President, too, would no longer be saddled with a recalcitrant bureaucracy.  The civil service will understand that it exists to carry out the President’s and Congress’s policies, not to pursue an agenda of its own.  Trump wants the right-sizing of the Administrative state, and certainly not its expansion.  His aim, as we see it, is not to accrue power to the executive but to see that power flows through its proper channels.  That is a goal worth fighting for.

Hilarious how Biden deported more illegals than Trump did. Government incompetence at it's best. Even the right wing looneys are getting fed up.

i don't know who Fuentes is.

the point is that pokemonster saying that Biden was more effective at policing immigration is adorable.

i also love how all the lefties (in the MSM and the stooges on here) keep parroting that those that voted for trump are disappointed. y'all can keep believing that if it makes you feel warm and cozy inside. it doesn't matter.

maybe easier to deport 57000 when you're letting in 1.4million in.  Maybe looking at a net value might be appreciated.

Biden is outperforming Trump even on deportations. The cope is real. Can't wait to see the results for things that actually matter.

Mean Gene gave you the clues... "net value"

  • Goal: Remove illegal alien population in the country
  • Plan: Stop inbound illegal aliens + deport current illegal aliens

Stop inbound illegal aliens

  • Trump: Jan 21–31, 2025: under 600 daily apprehensions. Feb 2025: ~360 daily.
  • Biden: Dec 2023 peak: 11,000 daily apprehensions. Dec 2024: ~1,500 daily.
  • Key note: At Biden’s peak, more illegal aliens entered in a day than in Trump’s early months.

Deport current illegal aliens

  • Trump: 500–1,000 daily deportations.
  • Biden: 700–1,500 daily deportations.
  • Key note: Biden deported more total illegal aliens, but Trump’s approach is flattening or reducing the population, while it grew 2x–3x+ under Biden.

then why all the wailing and gnashing of teeth?

Because it's pretty obvious that Trump isn't really concerned with immigration or anything else. To him going after brown people is what gets him play with his supporters. I still don't understand how you don't see right through him. Trump wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire. Everything he is doing is to benefit himself in some way.

Trip, you can scream at the sun and it will still shine. Stop with the hate on the right, it’s going nowhere. For the rest of you, I ask that you look at things through a different lens. Last I checked we are all human.

Musk (with Trump's senile blessing) is taking hand grenades and chainsaws to the federal government. Firing thousands while stealing all of the US citizens information... and god knows what else they are doing since they have no oversight. (They fired those people that provided oversight in the very first days.)

Seems that the firings are cover for the data they are stealing... at best. More likely their actions are far more nefarious.

These operations don't respect the Constitution, the Congress, and respect no laws. They are entirely un-American.

Almost impossible to not hate on the right at this point. These are far beyond "cost savings" measures.

They are literally trying to destroy the government of the greatest country in the world.

I do not know. But IMO, they are trying to replace our government with a likeness of South Africa's government.

Elon Musk's home country.

paranoia itself doesn't directly cause "hate," it can create a mindset where someone is so distrustful and suspicious of others that their perceptions can lead to feelings of anger, resentment, and hostility towards others

Russians, Covid, Homophbes, Dictators, spread the fear!

Yes, they are. And, unless you have no idea how any of this works, you should be concerned at a minimum.

Russians, Covid, Homophbes, Dictators, spread the fear!

Russians are the bad guys who attacked and took over large swaths of a neighboring country with zero good reason. In the process they killed thousands of innocent people, and apprehend children that they sent back to Russia to be brainwashed. Why some pretend the aren't the bad guys is beyond me. Fear them or not, they simply are the bad guys.

Covid is a virus. Another one of the many known viruses. Medical science provides us with rational approaches to deal with it. It's nothing to fear. Just something to deal with.

Homophobia. Not sure where you see the fear for this one, unless you happen to be homophobic and think it, or they, are going to come "get you" in some way or another. About as scary as monsters under the bed. YMMV.

Dictators rule their countries in the complete and total opposite way a democracy does. In a democracy, what the people think is the most important. In a dictatorship, what the people think doesn't matter - only what the dictator thinks matters. The USA is a great democracy. One with a Constitution that spells out exactly how we won't be a dictatorship. Parts of what has been spelled out is currently being ignored and violated, in favor of ideals of dictatorship. That is something that is scary. But the only real fear is that some of the people of the USA don't understand that and they rush in to defend those that are violating the Constitution. They are ignorant of what they are doing, as they steer the USA away from being a great democracy and toward being a dictatorship. All in the name of making the USA better again. Bless their misguided hearts.

Russians  Be afraid the Russians swayed the election with misinformation. Our information tells us the Russians have black mail to control Trump and the government.

Covid  Be afraid stay in your homes. Close down the country. Make sure you follow what we tell you to do or we all die.

Homophobia  Be afraid all LGBTJGGUKGT  will loose all their rights and be persecuted if 98.7% of the country doesn't change to meet their needs

Dictators Yes be afraid he has total control and will destroy Democracy!
