some idiot will get pinned

Don't you think MM will be smart enough to keep the hand under one shoulder from now on just to keep the streak going?  Lets just hope we don't get some stupid ref who decides to call a defensive fallpin.

His antics with burroughs and lockett returning to the center were 4D chess, he absolutely might do that.

If you’re a fan of wrestling you give it to mm or someone other than cstall.   Mm destroyed #2.   And not for the first time.   Cstall couldn’t take down a true freshmen.   He hasn’t dominated at the ncaa tourney.  I think his bonus % at the ncaa tourney is a paltry 20%.

165 is one of the weakest weights this year. That's not his fault and it's also not his fault his coach schedules cupcakes, but quality of competition matters.

I wonder if Haines went up 2 weight classes because he couldn't beat MM?

Is it true Wkn was talking to MM before the match about pinfalls and such nonsense and Mitch lost focus or was it simply another math problem?

Um, Matthew Mcconaughey says something about like living and um that's really the main focus because life itself is a verb Um, it's not really a noun because what already had happened and what will happen um, is already set in stone

I totally get it.  It's like the man who created the burger is smart but the man who put cheese on it was a genius

I think Haines went up because they were both ohysically 157lbers last year and he was actually bigger, so he decided two weights was nothing.

Haines frame is much better suited to wrestle 174 than MM.

Is it just me, or did Mesenbrink have another mental lapse last night? He looked confused toward the end of the match, like he thought he'd win by TF with RT tacked on. He had enough time to cut Mantanona one last time and secure another TD, but didn't. I mean, it ultimately didn't matter but MM might need to work on his match awareness. Same thing happened at Nationals last year when he thought he had RT on Carr.

That thought crossed my mind (that it kinda seemed like he thought he had the tech with RT), but I wasn’t really sure

Mental lapses are obviously because of him deep in the philosophy thoughts mid-match

He's just livin', bro. L I V I N.

Tbf to MM he just wants to have fun out there and put up points, and probably never has to care about RT. But you think he would've learned after last year's NCAAs.

Exactly this. Haines and O'Toole both went up in weight classes to avoid Messinbrink. They are both familiar with MM and wanted no part of him.

@Pinnacle would probably say Cael “developed” him even though he was destroying dudes as soon as he got to PSU.

Yea but Gable is 6 tech falls behind Ramos and MM. I'm not sure he is gonna have enough matches to catch either of them.

I brought him up because his major of Feldman was his first match this season that was not a tech or a pin.
