These brackets don’t seem bad.  I’d agree with FRL that the potential match of the tournament might be Incontrera vs Norman.  This could be Incontrera’s toughest test to entering NCAA’a undefeated and potentially getting seeded above Haines, O’Toole and/or Hamiti depending on how their seasons play out

My goodness can Trackwrestling and whatever THAT THING that Soldier Salute is using as a bout board piss me off any more? Do you want to "View Final Result?" Yes I want to view final result. That's why I'm here! "Do I want to continue?" Of course you awful computer program!

There will be a Letter to the Editor.

The good news, though, is that West Virginia has a wrestler at the Midlands named Hoke Hogan. If Virginia Tech doesn't offer him a million dollar NIL deal, I will send a second Letter to the Editor!

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Let me tell you something, brother! The 60th Annual Ken Kraft Midlands Wrestling Tournament is about to feel the power of Hoke Hogan and the Hokemaniacs!

I’ve trained harder than ever, and I’m not just here to compete—I’m here to dominate. Every slam, every hold, every move will echo with the energy of all my Hokemaniacs out there!

So what’cha gonna do, brother, when Hoke Hogan and the Hokemaniacs run wild on you?!

What is, "Pimp out your wife?"

Looks at heckler:

Let me tell you something, brother! You can say whatever you want to me, but when you step into my world and disrespect my family, you’re crossing a line! This ring isn’t for trash talk like that—it’s for respect, hard work, and the Hokemaniacs who believe in what’s right!

Now sit down, zip it, and watch how a real man handles his business in the ring, brother!

Looks like Dean Peterson vs Marc Anthony McGowan is coming up, that’s an interesting match

Peterson won 7-1.

Some other semi interesting results I see so far:

133 - Sean Spidle CMU over 4th seeded Angelo Rini of Indiana

141 - Danny Martinez SIUE over 4th seeded Eli Griffin of Cal Baptist

Eligh Rivera Princeton over 6th seeded Anthony Santaniello of Pitt

149 - Dylan Gilcher Michigan over 4th seeded Ryan Burgos of Edinboro

157 - Rutgers had 2 seeded wrestlers lose in the first round.  7 seed Conner Harer to JT Chance of George Mason and 9 seed Michael Cetta to Logan Rozynski of Lehigh

184 - Abraham Wojcikiewicz (sp) over 3 seed Maximus Hale of Penn

Not sure how to attempt to watch some of this, there’s 8 mats and not sure if any rhyme or reason.  At least Soldier Salute has one choice with Shane Sparks skipping around

I've been using Trackwrestling for the Midlands. The Southern Scuffle bout board doesn't provide mat assignments, which is basic. The problem with both is that to get to anything past mat four, I have to hit the down arrow on my laptop forty thousand times.

Trackwrestling has two-deep mat assignments for Midlands.  Given that they are at the upper weights, it's likely they had three-deep when there were three matches scheduled on a given mat.

What was frustrating to me was that once I finally found that mat assignments, I was hoping they would separate consolations on certain mats and 2nd round on other mats - this way you can stick with three or four mats through the round without having to jump around.

In the age of streaming, I would think all notable tournaments would use the format of front side matches on specific mats, and backside on others. Having to hop around 8 different mats is such a headache.

Agree, you’d think in 2024 viewing brackets would be more simple.  Apparently Martin Floreani is now starting a bracket company too, so if he can keep the conspiracy theories out of it maybe that could be a solution

It's amazing how you captured that true Hulk Hogan  essence.

Has anyone had any success finding mat assignments?  I'm just blinding picking mats and hoping for the best

Are you looking for the red mats or the green mats?  🥴
