If she was running against Kamala she would have won but I'd rather have Tulsi.    Kamala's problem wasn't that she is a women its that she had no policy or plan to articulate and not very smart.

I made the joke at work this morning.....we will elect a decrepit, corrupt, old man who can't form a sentence and can't walk a flight of stairs; we will elect a convicted felon with a long history of fraud, bankruptcy, and sexual perversion (not even getting into current unsettled allegations); we will elect a black man whose name sounds just like those of the people that had just blown up our buildings......but we will not, black/white/indian/doesn't matter......we will not elect a woman.

That is a joke?  Yikes....

You.  Your party.  You expressed no outrage to what they were doing.  You argued they were not doing it.   No Ds that I know did.  They all had their head in the sand eating the sandwich the media fed them.  They believed their lies.  They even liked the sandwich they were being fed.   They repeated it on social media.  They loved it.   They loved it so much they somehow lost the popular vote.   How often do republicans win the popular vote…. So infrequently you advocate for abolishing the electoral college.   Crazy right?

You either have me mixed up with someone else, or have not been following along very well.  I have stated, very clearly and multiple times “king dementia” has no business in the White House.  I also have no idea what you are talking about in saying about abolishing the electoral college.  I don’t even believe I’ve entered into a discussion on that topic.

One can hope he returns to his main account and stays out of here. The trolling really got under my skin.

I don't think it had a single thing to do with being a woman. A lot of people voted for her because she was a woman. She didn't outperform a single county that Biden did. Of course there is also the fact that 20+million democrats disappeared from 2020 to 2024. Not sure how to explain that.

Bloomberg just said first time in 20 years GOP candidate won the popular vote.  Maybe people like him ... how about we just leave him alone and let him do his job this time.

I always find comments like "first time in 20 years" silly when an event only occurs every four years. It is playing a little fast and loose.

Novel concept. The media will never leave their cash cow of nonstop bashing Trump until he is six feet under.

Don't shoot the messenger ... it was Bloomberg.  🤷‍♀️ I agree 20 didn't sound like much when most Pres serve 8 years.

NBC just said first President in 100 years serving non-consecutive terms.  Is that better?  😉

I see. I never know on this forum. I guess you aren't exactly TripNSweep, Red Viking, or Willie's Tiny Weiner so I should have known.

Good question. When there are 25 events is it OK to say 100 years? I guess, but it still bothers a nerd like me.

Grover Cleveland. And as long as we are talking about precision, it has been 132 years.

Could we please focus on policy.

Twitter is no more so we can't have mean tweets.

I hope Liz Cheney is ok.

PS:  am disappointed Rasta didn't win the write-in.

I don’t.

Not that it matters but this was a mistake on CNN. She did outperform in several counties, but no states.

I’ll bet your a riot at parties.

Well, I hang around people who, like me, understand that there is always going to be some ***ducked** up shit going on.  Going on in our lives, going on around us, going around the country.   And we realize that it's okay to relax about some of these things, and joke around, while maintaining their significance, so that it is more to us than just ***ducked** up shit.   Who wants that?

So yeah.....we have a pretty good time at parties.

The last dude that agreed to that left a sweat pool on my back porch, and told his wife on the way home they kidnapped my dog.....because he was holding her grey purse on his lap in the car.

I'm just sayin....careful what you wish for...
