If Trump were thinking critically...

...he'd see he’s already won on policy, achievements, humor, and wit. To improve his appeal, he should dial back the NYC attitude, show respect, acknowledge his opponents' accomplishments, stay calm, and focus on solutions. By softening his rhetoric and reducing personal attacks, he might connect with voters who are turned off by combative styles but are open to his policies and ideas. While he might not change the views of the uninformed and identity-driven voters, he could make an impact with those who value emotional intelligence.

People are still claiming the "find votes" hoax is real.

  • Claim: It was reported that Trump pressured Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to "find" votes to overturn the election results.
  • Reality: The full transcript of the call showed Trump believed votes were improperly counted and was asking for an investigation, not fabricating votes.

Here is another example of people needing to think critically about what the media is telling you.

US Army rebukes Trump campaign for incident at Arlington National Cemetery | CNN Politics

It is crazy how this got turned into a Political incident because Trumps team was taking pictures that the Gold Star family asked for.  My guess is the cemetery employee who claims was "pushed aside" hates Trump and turned this into a bigger deal than it needed to be.  Will be interesting to see if the video comes about what really happened.

It's not crazy at all.

There should be no use of Arlington for political purposes. None at all. That's by federal law, which is a good law.

Guess all you want - but political nonsense doesn't belong there. None at all.

And there shouldn't be any "video" coming out either.

I can't believe some people still don't understand the concept. I have to question what country you are posting from.

So now that the administration at Arlington, and the Pentagon , has come out and completely verified it happened as the staffer claimed, and completely verified that regardless of a few parents request, it is absolutely forbidden to take video or pictures at the site (there are a whole lot of other families dead ones there you know), do you have anything to say about that?

Or do you still want to lecture about critical thinking?

Let's be honest for once Rasta. There is media of every president at Arlington that has ever been there including Biden and Obama so this is only being blown up because it's Trump.

Clearly you haven't used any when reading what I wrote...all you did is see my post had something to do with Trump and I wasn't bashing him nonsensically like you do so you tried to make it about bashing Trump and accuse me of not using critical thinking.  Again, nice try Rasta.  I get it...you hate Trump...and can't stand people that stick up for him (which I am not, nor have I), or bash his political opponents.

I'll try and spell it out since you clearly aren't able to figure things out on your own...my post was about not trusting the media and the way they write their headlines and their stories.  They pick a side, or conclusion before the facts come out.  They infuse biased and only one side of the story in their reporting.  I posted the article as proof.  Got it??

Next time I'll use a article that isn't about Trump, or your crush Kamala so as you won't get your panties all in a bunch.

Again, I don't hate or 'can't stand".   I acknowledge what I see, and have a little guilty pleasure in calling out the incredibly hypocritical MAGA minions.   It's hard for the minions to see this within themselves, and as such, I can see why you are confused.  As I have tried to explain to you before, I could truly care less about Trump these days, he is now irrelevant and will be going away very soon.

As far as the incident being politicized, you are absolutely right, it was.  But in this case, not by the media, but by the candidate's campaign that used video no one is ever allowed to shoot for a campaign ad.  Reporting on that is not infused bias, it is reporting on the events, as described by the Arlington Cemetary and the pentagon.  Maybe you think since MAGA is telling you it was something else, you immediately believe them becasue....well I mean they don't lie right, only their opponents

As for your last sentence: "crush on Kamala".  Can you go and find where I have said anything in favor of Kamala that would lead you to believe I have a crush on her, or is that just am emotional response? (Don't worry you have already made clear you're not interested in actually backing up what you claim).  Or, maybe you are of the ilk that believes if someone is not a fan of a candidate on one side, they must love the other side.   And "panties in a bunch"......... well when someone has to go to these kinds of comments, we all know the kind of effect the conversation is having on them.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: MORE FROM THE SOWELL MAN

Just keep pouring Tom Sowell straight into my veins (from Social Justice Fallacies😞

No sane person believes that there is zero racism in American society, or in any other society. . . Even if, by some miracle, we could get to zero racism, we already know, from the history of American hillbillies—who are physically indistinguishable from other white people, and therefore face zero racism—that even this is not enough to prevent poverty. Meanwhile, black married-couple families, who are not exempt from racism, have nevertheless had poverty rates in the single digits, every year for more than a quarter century. We also know that racists today cannot prevent black young people from becoming pilots in the Air Force, or even generals in the Air Force, nor from becoming millionaires, billionaires, or President of the United States. . .

If racists cannot prevent today’s minority young people from becoming pilots, the teachers unions can…

Biden and Harris supporting our troops. Commendable.

Most important difference here is that they didn't break federal law at Arlington like that other guy and his crew did.

If you missed that point, you lack the critical thinking skills to realize you've missed everything this thread is about.

Yes. It's true. Arlington's rules are actually federal law.

Nothing about Arlington Cemetery rules should be taken lightly... by anyone.
