I hate the overtime rules.  Put them up with no time limit until someone gets a takedown.

Yup. Absurd turning it into a 30 second riding contest.

As long as your happy with all of the matches that would be decided by stalling calls, then have it

God I hate Swiderski. I wish he would have lost in the blood round to make it extra painful.

I thought so at first too.
But he hits Dayton for the 5-count stalling

+1 escape.

I can't remember.  Wouldn't they have stopped the clock and restarted after the 5 second call, so it shouldn't have been stall plus escape anyway?

The fans are...not happy with what just happened.

Chiming in from the arena… I don’t often boo but there were many reasons to do so for how that match ended

I don't know that I've ever seen the video review withdraw a stall call.

Right?

Does that mean you could challenge to get a stall called then, right?

Ok this is probably a dumb question from someone who used to be a hardcore fan but hasn't paid attention in years.  How is Fix still wrestling?  I know 2020 was a COVID year but he was already redshirting

Have you seen Fix & Suriano's WNO match?

I haven't no.  Should I?

I was at the Olympic trials in Indianapolis where a Greco match was something like a half an hour.  It was fantastic.

Vombaur classic blood round scramble over Edmond.

PAIN for Edmond. Nothing but torture and pain. Feel for him.

I don’t understand what happened. Long review. Minny scored to tie it at 4 with maybe 30 seconds left. Edmond got what was called a reversal. After the review Minny up 5-4, I don’t get what happened before OT.

I’m not sure but I would think an impending score would allow continuation, like locked hands.

Perfectly fine with me. I think stalling should be called more often.

If Ragusin would have ridden Fix for another 9 seconds, he would have won, correct?
If so, wouldn't you take a chance on riding him for that short period of time it lieu of getting a TD or a stall call?

Ragusin got shafted. I hope Vito bonuses Fix.

Fix was definitely fortunate.

But Ragusin did absolutely nothing for the entire match.  He never made an attack, clinged to stalemates on every Fix attack, and dove out of bounds on the closest thing to a TD in the match.

I have no problem with the claim that Fix was lucky or undeserving.  But whatever Fix did, Ragusin did less.  He didn't get shafted.
