Currently 19-12 on criteria points.  If Gasempour beats Snyder and Masoumi wins via Fall or DQ Iran wins.

If Captain America wins here - we win.

First time in awhile i've watched a match, seen a guy get worn out, and think it was based on muscle power not lung power.

Ghasempour was blowing pretty damn hard there.

Took two longgggg rests.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I imagine this next WTT we see our NCAA heavies in there.  They did not compete at 2022 WTT.

Masoumi is tiring!

I’d like to see Masoumi vs a big, athletic dude with a motor.

I think Gable beats him, and if Kerk survived the first period it might get interesting towards the end.

Zillmer posed zero threat to Masoumi to tire him out.  Bounced off him like rubber to concrete.

Kerk needs to Bulk up 35 pounds to wrestle those huge heavy weights.

Might have been a different training time element. This is a few months after World's/Olympics. Then was maybe just before team selections (at least for us).

The World Cup was almost always late March after the NCAA's.

if it was a college rivalry dual i could accept the goofy backward "it helps the sport" argument, but for all he knows the guy he's wrestling is in danger for being there at all, or at least is a guest in some sense.
