Could Ohio state be the dark horse

They won 7 of 10 bouts and won the dual by 10. I wouldn't exactly call that back and forth

There are those who think Rutgers is a National Powerhouse.

If the young Bucks wrestle lights out I have them 80 to 85 points. I'm not sure were that would put them in the team race but hopefully a trophy.

It would put them in 2nd place by a good margin...:classic_ninja:

Last years point totals:

1. Penn State 137 1/2

2. Iowa 82 1/2

3. Cornell 76 1/2

4. Ohio State 70 1/2

With PSU scoring 30ish more points this year and the remaining contenders fairly even, 80-85 points gets you a trophy for sure and likely a Silver one.

If we are going with best case seniors for teams. Here is nebraskas. Smith finalist, Van dee round 12, Hardy finalist, Lovett champ, Robb champ, Taylor round of 12, Wilson round of 12, Pinto finalist, Allred AA. Where would this put nebraska??

I can’t remember, is Gallagher hurt too or has he been beaten out by Wilcox?

Hurt, unfortunately.

Taylor is an AA threat at 165, otherwise best-case seems abiut right.

Around 100 plus bonus. I assume they won every match by pinfall?

I agree. How many points would this be?

~90ish +/- depending on bonus, I think?

Might as well say Nebraska's best case is 10 NCAA champs, as it's approximately the same likelihood as the scenario you outlined (both ~0%).

Lol well you must not follow much.  Nebraska has a ton of talent. When they peak will tell the story
