I wouldn't read too much one way or the other but it was an overall positive result. Micic has proven that an oversized *folkstyle 57 can be a hammer on the global scene if they can overcome the cut. There was a lot of chatter online (perhaps not on this board, I don't recall) about how Lee would be a non-factor because he *only* beat Nico by 3/4 points. I was just playing off of that. But I really don't expect much from RBY. If he isn't on the opposite side of Zane at the pan-am qualifier, I don't foresee him qualifying for the Olympics, depending on who goes to the global qualifier. Nothing against him. Now maybe the reason RBY went somewhere else was a slam dunk getting to compete at the highest level. So maybe RBYs chances of winning OTTs was not that great in the USA.
