I'm not a partisan shill like some people, i don't get sad at such things. Some of us are here for the wrestling.

Far fewer than what I had expected when I joined to be fair.  But you're right, especially after shedding Tbar and MSU, the childlike team bias has been diminished.

Teske sneaky pick to not make nationals, glazier sneaky pick to AA this year.

Glazier wrestles like Jacob Warner in a skinny body.

yeah, but I'd say thats a meaningful distinction because a lot of warners wrestling was based around how heavy his hips were.

That was one of the worst third periods I’ve seen out of any d1 guy in a while. Had no idea what he was doing on the mat. Let Keuter steal it from him.

Ayala: He lacks physical toughness (injury proneness mostly) but his mental toughness is truly elite.  He never panics when down and routinely pulls off comebacks.  I love that in him.  I just hope his body can hang

I worry for my boy Matt Ramos with Ayala… in that I could see Ayala separating himself from the pack come post season.

Two things:

  1. I wouldn't worry about Ramos v Ayala or about any separation from the pack just yet. Too early to tell.
  2. I also wouldn't worry about McKee. The McKee's are made from different stuff. I'd still put $ on Patrick.

McKee’s 3rd period tonight was pitiful.

Kueter is going to make rapid improvements.  Not "title threat" improvements, but I think he's a solid AA by the time March rolls around.  His effort while gassed was impressive, he pushed thru.
