157 RS Charlie Millard, Minnesota over #6 Cody Chittum, ISU 9-4 decision at Cyclone Open finals.

Impressive. Looks like he'll be a good one. Glad to see Minnesota stocking up some young studs. It'll be fun to see what Hopke looks like after going with Gable all year. Millard, McEnnely, and Hopke should be a good core moving forward.

Hopke had surgery in August or September and hasn't been wrestling yet, unless he has just recently started back at it again.

Nebraska transfer Ethan Stiles, who had a hot start at 157, is down to 149, and giving Jordan Williams all he can handle.  6-1 decision by Stiles in a match that was fun in the scrambles, but not particularly close.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Happel beat Jamison of Oklahoma state last night, not Carter.

Yesterday, Kurt Phipps and Anthony Noto faced off and going into the dual, both had 96 career victories. Phipps won in what was considered a minor upset to earn his 97th.  Both wrestlers are in their last year of eligibility and on the cusp of winning 100

I am upset that Arnold is ducking the Penn State dual (again).

Bucknell seems to think that was Phipps’ 100th
