Expand I took a food science class in college where we made ice cream. It was seriously one of the hardest classes I ever took, right up there with O-chem.

Clearly should've got college credit or at least cleped out of O-chem. All of us knew how to make it, was handy to have a cow nearby, taste even better when you put in your time hand cranking. 3 .
