Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Given how many points at next year's NCAA he's attributing to a rising high school senior....a lot.

What is he going to do if Angelo grows in to 197?

"Who will the Brands brothers choose?  The Focus clan or Ben Kueter?"

"I know actually nothing.  It isn't even conjecture at this point." - me

while am equally as impressed with his tenacity as i am thankful he does not follow the real styles, i do sometimes feel a little bad that the whole of us maybe making fun of someone who is legitimately "special"...

i don't where to go from here with this, but, it is a legitimate concern of mine...

Kueter is either playing LB (avg 230lb's)   or TE (avg 240lbs)  Tough cut to make starting in January

I was always assuming he would redshirt his first season then if he didn't do as well in football as he thought he would, we would see him on the mat for four seasons.  If he did well we might not see him at all.

I still expect stoopid threads about it, though.

Even with a redshirt this year I don't know how that would work with the football coaching staff.  He's on a football scholarship.  Seems like this board, not particularly you, have this unrealistic perspective on his future wrestling career.  Unless, as you've pointed out, that he has no future in football.

Well there is a reason he is on football scholarship.  Even if someone plays two or three sports, if football is one of them it must be the scholarship sport.

I could see it the other way...

Cassioppi gets hurt and Iowa decides to use him and go for a medical for Cassioppi and let him redshirt the following season.  I don't think he does much this year if he wrestles though, much like Carroll (SO REDSHIRT BOTH OF THEM).

I think he redshirts, then plays football and wrestles for 2-3 years, then skips last 1-2 years for nfl
