P.S. Byrd deserved the two seed over Mendez.

Bryd lost to Mendez earlier in the year

yeah I got carried away here watching it - yelling at the screen until my kids came in to see what was going on - they just also started joining in "yeah call the stall!"

I woke my wife up about 2AM SATURDAY morning because I was mumbling "He's stalling" in my sleep.

Facundo found some offense

But he looked gassed at the end of that match. I am actually surprised he did not give up a late score.

DeAugustino has ducked Ramos twice this year.

Won on a first takedown and caught a desperation throw.  I don't know, Wrestling annoys me.

Sounds like he was better that match.

I hear ya on the ducking, though. It's really, really annoying.

To play devil's advocate, DeAuggie was/has been injured most of the season. Mayhaps he aggravated something.

Still, I would have enjoyed watching the rematch.

Oh he definitely won and was better in the bout, just venting frustration.  Ramos is a little high ceiling/low floor, and Cronin ducked him in the Dual, DeAugustino ducked him in the Dual and in the Tournament.

I'll say Coleman didn't go against Chumbley in the Dual, so there's that, but something needs to be done.  You know they aren't going to punish the wrestlers when seeding.

Iowa keeping the team race close on the back of a whole bunch of MFFs.

Previous years they get all the injuries, now they get all the mff's. Kinda greedy.

Yeah may have been a legitimate MFF.  But Ramos should still get credit for a H2H win there.
