Schriever was on the list for the Coaches Rank and RPI. Teske wasn't on the list, so he couldn't have been up for consideration. 

My guess? Iowa didn't change their designated starter.

Accidental is pretty bad. Seems like someone somewhere has performed poorly at their job.

Teske can't get an RPI or coach rank for NCAA seeding but he could still get votes for seeding at B10 based on B10 record, correct?

B1G seeding has zero to do with CR or RPI. B1G can seed how they wish.

I posted two facts about it. As far as the reason, that's an educated guess.

The question itself in the OP isn't exactly asking the right things. If there's a rumor that coaches weren't voting to seed Teske, then that depends on what the ask is. Does he mean coaches didn't seed Teske, that's not a rumor, that's a fact because Teske wasn't even on the board for the coaches rank. You really can't really refuse something that isn't a choice.
